Ride EquiSafe Avis

Wonderful company helping token people safe. Great products. Excellent delivery.

I contacted Catherine about the best safety stirrups for me after I had foot surgery and wasn’t comfortable in my current flex stirrups. She was very helpful and I ordered what she suggested. They feel great! Great customer service as usual!

I got great advice on which air vest was most appropriate for my body size and shape. The tack shop I purchased one from had not done a good job helping me with the proper fit and Equisafe told me it was too large and not a good fit for me. I was able to return it and order what EquiSafe recommended.

Quick responses, answers to all my questions, and very helpful in general!

The customer service was outstanding! Catherine got back to me right away after I messaged via the website and she walked me through the process of choosing and being fitted for an air vest step by step. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! I can’t recommend Ride EquiSafe enough!

Catherine and her team are simply the best. My Vest came in 48 hours, packaged perfectly. This is the 6th vest (yes) I have gotten from her, always perfection. She knows so much and always guides me the right way. In addition I get coats, shirts, and other accessories from Ride Equisafe - always my go to.

They made a complicated purchase very easy!

Customer service & knowledgeable about product.

Being able to have a consultation before buying my safety vest was a great experience. Going by measurements taken at home, I would have ordered a vest two sizes larger than was recommended by the staff. The smaller size fits beautifully! The shipping was fast as well. Thank you for such great service!

Very helpful suggestions and sent link for item. Fast fulfillment & delivery.

Very helpful!

Box arrived very damaged and it was a gift. I think the stirrups are just too heavy for the quality of the box?

The team at EquiSafe was incredibly helpful and super easy to work with! They’ve streamlined the process on finding a safety vest so well and we’re great about answering additional questions on fit. No wonder everyone recommends them so much! So grateful company like this exists in the industry! Thanks again!!!

I’ve used Ride Equisafe for my safety equipment, riding clothes and other horsy stuff. They have the best products and when it comes to the safety equipment they will walk you through every step and make sure you’re getting the right gear for your individual needs.

Love it! Great fit

Jasmine was wonderful. She literally went out of her way to help me. We met in Northern Ky and she brought multiple options for me to try. Jasmine was very supportive. I was able to make a good choice and am back to riding. So special thanks to Jasmine for her help and I apologize for the delay on this review. Had to deal with a family illness.

Catherine at Ride EquiSafe was amazingly helpful after my helmet got destroyed after I left it on the ground. She helped me find a new helmet within my budget via email and it fit!

Purchase was easy and happy with the item

Wonderful company to work with. Catherine helped me order the perfect size of body protector. I sent in my measurements and she so graciously sent me choices for body protectors that would work well. I would have ordered the wrong size without her! Thank you so much. I’m so grateful for my new champion ti22 body protector.
