So far, so good, but lacking instructions.
Super responsive company when emailed questions. Our 2 hardtail e bikes arrived quickly, and were put together easily. Both seem to ride well with the brief test rides I've given them. No instructions included in the boxes is a bit of a let down, but they seem easy enough to use.

My remote doesn't have a Speed Mode button (Hi/Med/Low)
I received my eboard in a great amount of time and it works perfectly:)

Thanks for your feedback. On the remote there are two buttons, the button on the right controls the speed setting, press once to cycle through low, medium, high & pro modes, hold down to engage reverse. If you have trouble locating give our customer service team a call and we can help you out.

buying two of your bikes at the warehouse sale was a great experience. being able to ride around the test track and dealing with friendly people made it so easy. both myself and my wife kate are enjoying riding our new bikes and we live on a hill so they help us get home easier. thankyou.
