It was a pleasure to have RID Electrical on our premises. They were friendly, and always willing to explain all the stages of the work they were doing. They were very careful of our property, both outside, and when they needed to come indoors. We'll have no hesitation in calling them again for any future projects.

When I had a real emergency on a dark, cold December evening Kevin came and made sure I had electricity for the evening and then returned next day to fix the problem permanently.
He was professional, efficient and prompt.
I was very pleased with the service I was given and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Great company, they came out straight away & sorted our problem & were great & very professional

Responded quickly to an urgent power outage. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

It's rare to find a tradesperson who turns up on time, does a great job, doesn't leave any mess, and charges a fair price. I'm pleased to have RID in my contacts and will be in touch again for any other electrical installation works we need. Thanks Kevin and the team.
