Excellent company and products.
First time using this company and I am very impressed. Prices are very good, delivery was quick and the size of the frozen rats are perfect and as described. We had previously been using a different company who were giving us constant issues so I'm very glad we stumbled on this company.

Hi, thank you for your review. Our website explains that our orders are dispatched for next day delivery if ordered before a certain time and DPD send a one hour time slot on the day of delivery. If you don't receive a text from DPD don't hesitate to contact us and we can let you know your delivery slot with DPD. Thanks

They are the best food suppliers in the world I go with them a lot as they are fantastic I don’t know if they do
This but it be nice to see something on anything you buy get a maybe a free gift or something for someone who been shopping with them for a very long time it’s a suggestion not a criticism as there is nothing to criticise about when you msg them to ask about the deliver or if you got a problem they sort it out here and then they are amazing to shop with.

Exceptional service
Exceptional service, I've found the website to be easy to navigate and Ridgeway supply a huge range. I never find my browsing experience to anything less than a basket of everything that I was looking. The cost is exceptional, which leaves me feeling that I'm recieving excellent value for money. Great packaging
On time delivery. The packaging was very efficient, and the product arrived still completely frozen, and if not unpacked, would probably stay frozen until the heat death of the universe.

Value for money,delivery driver left package and no hang up as experienced in past with other suppliers which is important to me,realy well packaged had some fun with dry ice lol.thankyou great order will order again and very rare I bother sending in review 10 out 10 keep it up.
