Right Car Detailing Canada Avis 3

I bought my mother a $400 cleaning service. Supposed to be waterless and spectacular cleaning job inside.
The tech that showed up, was rude, asked my mother personal questions about her living situation. He then needed water from my mom to wash the car. And he asked if there was power in the parkade for him to use.
I was told this service is waterless and they need nothing from my mother.
He left the mats wet and now the car stinks. He did not wash the windows, mirrors, did not vacuum. He then said he could not wash the outside of the car with no water. So he took it to the car wash and told my mom he chop the most expensive wash. He left the receipts from car wash on seat and it was for the cheapest basic wash. I have called and talked to the person that answers the phone. He said I would get a refund. He asked me for the email which to transfer the refund. Then he blocked my number and will not return my calls. Horrible service. Horrible customer service.

The organization could not (due to cold) respond to the appointment on the date provided. Fine. Rebooked for the following day. The guy showed up an hour late (car wouldn't start due to cold). Also understandable. We gave him our garage so that he could work in relative comfort under extreme weather conditions (-20). He brought a shop vac and basically wet the car seats down so bad that we had to use a heater to dry them out. The car looks fine - the seats (had we had to use the car that day) were not dry enough for use. Under better conditions, we might have had better luck. Under these conditions... the car looks reasonable but our impression is a little on the weak side.

The mobile detailing crew arrived on time and did an amazing job despite it being a rainy and miserable night. My vehicle hasn’t looked this good since it was brand new. Highly recommend.
