I got scammed too, i should have checked bbb first. Bought product off IG. Got confirmation email, no tracking info received and never got product. Website links dont work either

I too have been scammed. A family member showed me this site for these single person jet boats. They looked like fun, price is right, so I bought two. I received a confirmation number but nothing else. Suspicious, yes. So I have been checking daily for information. I’ve reached out to them and asked for a tracking number and I get crickets. I’ve been ghosted. I’m in the middle of disputing it with my credit card company. Fingers crossed they get the charges dropped but for everyone else out there, skip this site. They are complete scammers. If the price sounds to good to be true, it is so just scroll on to another site.

As everyone else in this Thread, i order a product from them following a facebook ad, paid for the product, got a tracking number, worked for the first 2 days, then it went away, like someone else said, they said the product was being shipped from the US, and once i got the tracking it was coming from china, but i guess that doesnt really matter now, because its not coming from anywhere. TOTAL SCAM, and facebook should also be more careful on who they allow to put ads on their platform. but i guess all they want is money no matter where it comes from. Long story short. BE AWARE. SCAMBAGS on the LOOSE.

This company not only took my money, but they put in for reoccurring charges of $64.00 every month.
They are a fake company and a scam.
I contacted my back and they canceled the reoccurring charges and credited me for the payment that was done.
Call the better business bearue as well.

Made a purchase, I was emailed a tracking link. The link didn't work, The website is gone. 100% scam website and Facebook Ads. Reported to my financial institution for a full refund as a chargeback.

SCAM!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!! I BOUGHT AND THEN THEY DISAPPERED!!!

I have gone to my credit card company for a refund. As what everyone else says...looked great, it was a facebook ad, I got my order confirmation but nothing worked. Now the business site is also down.

I've had the same experience as others. I ordered a product from this company, received an email. The tracking number doesn't work, and the company website doesn't work. I'll be trying to get a refund from my credit card company.

looks like its a scam. lost out on just over $187. the website disappeared and they are not returning emails. If you're considering, it would be a very bad idea to buy anything from this website.

Order a 70.00 product. Questioned where the product orginates from before i ordered it and assured it was assembled in U.S. based wharehouse. I ordered, got a tracking number and it originated from china. After 4 days the tracking link no longer works, i can no longer go to website and the phone numbers on the emails don’t work. Total scam. Wish i had come to this website before i ordered

Never got my item now I can't get them on the web I can't track it cuz it's all closed

I ordered a product and paid for it over PayPal on 10/24/25. They notified me it was shipped on 10/26/25 and gave me a tracking number which worked fine.
On 10/29/the tracking info and website went away as "unavailable" and there is no longer any way to contact them.
Obviously they are nothing but another bunch of thieves.
Be extremely cautious, even when TrustPilot says the site is "probably" valid.

Scam Site-- ordered. a $60 product- received link to track shipping and then everything including the "store" disappeared.

Was just checking.... When I noticed that this is a false company cause if you go to customer service page and you cannot click on their phone number. On a legit web page you should be able to click on it and you are calling them directly. Plus they lied about their trust pilot rating.... Hummm false website

According to the RIMATECH-US advertisements and webpage, TRUSTPILOT was supposed to have given them a 4.8 rating. When I checked here at TRUSTPILOT the only review I found was by another person who was checking on the rating. In short, their claim of a 4.8 rating is false. RIMATECH-US claims are false so I would believe that the site is a scam!

Website claims a Trust Pilot rating of 4.8 and cites reviews, yet there are no previous reviews. Fraudulent.
