Rimmers Music Avis 

My experience with Rimmers Music could potentially be labelled as very unique and very bespoke. I first approached Rimmers Music enquiring about the Kawai K500 piano and very quickly got upsold to the merits of the Aures 2 model and a great overall package with extras that they wouldn't usually include. Rimmers Music were very happy to take installments off me and over a period of several months this is what happened while I was engaged in a house move. When delays with our sale occurred, Rimmers Music were very understanding as we wanted the new piano delivered to the new house so instead they agreed to store the piano in a temperature controlled environment. We kept in touch and the piano was delivered today by their courier service who did an incredible job getting the piano up four flights of stairs and around a number of bends. They were super professional (not to mention funny!) and handled the piano with great care and attention. It looks truly superb in its new home and I could not be more grateful to Rimmers Music for all of their help and support along the way. I am glad I chose Rimmers and I will for sure utilise their services again in the future.

could not get a time for delivery and wasted a day waiting in. delivery was after 1700 hrs. The company was DX (delivered Exactly), I will never buy anything from a company that uses them. they are inconsiderate.

I decided to buy a digital piano package from Rimmers Music because they are a long established business, have excellent feedback and also because they had a brilliant deal on offer, and available for next day delivery. As stated on their website, all 4 items in the deal arrived next day, at lunchtime. I’m very happy with my purchases from Rimmers Music and would definitely vuy from them again. I highly recommend this company.

Website was informative and easy to navigate. Prices are very competitive. My items were despatched and delivered very promptly (within 21 hours of making the purchase). A special mention also for delivery partner FedEx who were excellent. Overall a great buying experience. Rimmers Music will be the first place I go to for any future purchases.

I had recently ordered a keyboard, and the item was delivered on 22/07/25. The box arrived completely damaged. I called their customer support on the same day and informed them about the state in which it arrived, and even told them that I could send them pictures. From the start of the conversation, they were very defensive (not sure why), but finally agreed.
I sent them the pictures, and the reply I got via email was really appalling. I was asked to pay for the return cost when it was clearly not my mistake. I told them repeatedly this is supposed to be a gift, and I cannot, by any means, give the gift in its present condition. I was not expecting a pristine box, as I am well aware that damage can occur during transit, but this is beyond that. This is like buying a clearance item with a damaged box for less money. They twisted their terms and conditions, and when confronted about what is actually in their terms, they didn't have a reply. I was even told to just tape the damaged box and give it as a gift.

I was forced to open the box, and when I sent them pics of the inside, they said everything looks fine. I insisted that I didn't even turn ON or see if the Keyboard does indeed work, and was told it will. I trusted these guys and spent £300+ and was totally let down. I finally managed to get the extra money of around £20 I paid for an extra warranty. And now I have started a case via PayPal.

They clearly have no value towards their customers, and I am sure they must be sourcing some of their items for cheaper rates, hence the damaged box. I would advise anyone wanting to buy to go spend £10-£20 more and buy from a more reputable place to avoid the type of mess I am in now. Stay away from these people.

I bought a Roland Rp701 from Rimmers a couple of months ago. I popped into the shop in Bolton and was assisted by Andrew who helped me narrow down my choices and demonstrated each one, which helped me select my favourite. He was super helpful and the whole process from purchase to delivery was seamless.

This was my first time using Rimmers Music and also purchasing online. I have to say that Rimmers and the staff that dealt with my order have been nothing short of fantastic.

I ordered a Roland KC 200 from Rimmers Music. I ordered in on Saturday
19th July, and it arrived on Tuesday 22nd. Unfortunately, there was a fault with the master volume knob. I contacted Rimmer Music and a member of staff named Leif arranged to have the unit exchanged. On Thursday the faulty unit was collected and a new one delivered and it's brilliant.
Many thanks for outstanding customer service and a brilliant piece of kit in the Roland KC 200 at a really excellent price.

Bought a roland keyboard from Rimmers Music. I had read a couple of reviews that had delivery issues so was a bit worried but service was excellent and really efficient. Ordered Friday, delivered Tuesday. Email confirmation and communication good and all delivered in good order. Thank you.
