She has been great to work with - responsive, friendly and providing the bridge between residents and activities. She has a good grasp of what the residents enjoy and how to engage with them. I’ve worked with Nusha at Regency Heights and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. She’s responsive, clear in her communication, and always proactive in getting things resolved quickly. Appalling when it comes to managing properties. You contact them regarding a issue and they fail to sort it but then charge extortionate amounts for cleaning and gardening services. The biggest joke is the admin fees, the amount of times I've had to chase for the service charge is a joke

From what I've seen so far Ringley do a fantastic job managing Prospect Place, the development is in great hands with the team and is well looked after. I've spoken to a few of the team on a number of occasions, namely Dan in Maintenance and Diane and Joe in Concierge and really appreciate how super helpful, approachable, reliable and friendly they are with any queries or requests I've had, creating a great atmosphere for visitors and residents alike.

Ringley clearly takes pride in the developments they manage and the PP team reflect this ethos, resulting in a lovely place to live, work or visit.

I love this building

Couldn't manage their way out of a brown paper bag. Terrible customer support and property managers are about as useful as a candle in the wind. No respect for genuine issues only care about money and how to overspend it. Avoid.
