Rinkit Avis 

I ordered two Coffee Cups and saucers which are excellent quality. Unfortunately one of the saucers had been badly chipped in transit (even though they were really well packaged). I contacted customer services late evening on Friday and there was a reply first thing on Saturday morning apologising and saying a replacement was on it's way! Replacement arrived today! Excellent Customer Service and excellent products.

This company provides amazing products for an extremely reasonable price. They also have shown very good customer service! Happy customer 👍🏼

I bought a dinner service from Rinkit. The plates are fantastic, just what I wanted. Good quality and very pleasing to the eye. Unfortunately, one side plate was broken. I contacted Rinkit and they sent a replacement. The customer service team are brilliant. The replacement plate came the very next day. I am well impressed. I highly recommend Rinkit.

I’ve had a great experience with this company! When something broke in transit, they communicated with me right away and quickly resolved the issue. A replacement was sent out the very next day. Ana was especially helpful throughout the process—professional, kind, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Bought some bits which arrived in record time, however there was a slight issue with one item which was acknowledged and corrected within 24hours.
I always say never judge a company when things are going great judge them on how they act if there is an issue.

I would not recommend the marble tablemats/chopping boards. They are very brittle and get chipped very easily. However, the firm's response to this problem was first class. The items l reported as damaged were replaced overnight with no quibble. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful, and unusually nowadays, used perfect grammatical English. I can't compliment them enough.

We ordered slate table mats through Debenhams online. They arrived on the Sunday. When checking them, we found one mat was broken. I contacted customer service and provided all information they asked for on Monday evening. There was no hesitation in arranging a replacement. The replacement item arrived on Tuesday by 2pm. Exceptional service and all very much appreciated.

First time using this company. Item was damaged however, emailed & within a couple of hours received a response & received replacement in 2 days. Excellent customer service. A few company's could take a leaf out of Rinkit's book on customer service. Will defo use this company again.

Came across the site scrolling on Google, ordered couple of hot water bottles as they were on sale and they arrived next day! Great!

Ordered my glasses and they didn't arrive, so I contacted Customer Services and within the day I got everything resolved, with out any fuss.
The very next day my glasses arrived safely.
