I have been very happy with this company until Eli Lily announced their price rises. While I understand this has been a difficult time for companies completely ignoring all emails from customers has not been helpful. I have tried sending emails to every email address I have for people within the company but have had not response other than an automated message from customers support saying they will get back to me within 24 hours. Nothing else for 2 weeks. I am now left with no prescription for my new pen which I should start on Sunday. I’m not sure if they are still trading, if they will try to take my next rolling payment or if they will ever get back to me with answers to my queries. Very disappointing for a company with say they offer a holistic approach to your wellness journey.

I held of until now buying any health related devices, as a kind of young biohacker(whose pretty technical) I've been looking at multiple brands, then I came across Rio.Life which has incorporated everything such as AI health buddy CGM, gives a concise DNA report and a user friendly app which gives me suggestions according to my lifestyle. I wholeheartedly recommend this product for anyone else that takes their health seriously.

I have had an amazing experience with Rio over the last month, as someone overweight I have had trouble finding direction and motivation with weight loss. However upon starting their services, they have been very accommodating to my questions, with their customer service helping me to set everything up. I have also found the AI used to recognise meals very accurate, an example being specific components of stews or specific brands and their dietary info. The trainer who helps with fitness is also very friendly and easy to work with, as they are accommodating to my schedule and track my limits closely, keeping a routine I can maintain and offering lots of dietary and general health advice. As someone who has had a personal trainer before and not succeeded in keeping the routine, Rio has provided a better and more scientific approach that works very well for me. The response times to my questions from the entire team has been rapid and thorough with further lifestyle advice being readily available. The most valuable thing for me is that you can tell how much passion the team has for what they have to offer with improvements to their app constantly being added.
