Great professional company highly recommended

I Hired this minibus company to take myself and 10 family members to and from a family wedding . The distance was quite far from where they are based and also where we lived , yet we were never made to feel like it was an issue at all . Right from enquiring , the communication was excellent , contacted by WhatsApp and also on the day . This was really reassuring after a really bad past experience with another bus company . The time keeping both there and back was incredible , they were there exactly when they said they would be . Friendly drivers . Great service . Will definitely use again in the future .

Brilliant service from Ripley Minibus Company. Nothing was too much trouble for our driver Lee from the start of our journey to Liverpool and back, he was friendly and professional.
The minibus itself was immaculate,comfortable and spacious , making it a smooth and pleasant ride for all 11 of us.
Lee was very punctual, arriving on time for the return journey, with regular updates via messages on the phone.
Very reasonable prices, and would definitely use this company again. Highly recommended

Would Absolutely recommend Lee to anyone who needs a minibus. We have been using Lee for a few years now for our Sixth Form Residential trips twice a year. Lee is brilliant with our students and the minibus is spotlessly clean.

Lee made contact after I put a request for recommended mini bus companies to rake a group of us to see Abba Voyage. Its not a cheap day out going to London to see a show and the train was coming out expensive. Lee sent me a quote but also costed the train for us which meant 2 changes and a tube. We weren't guaranteed a seat on the train and they often get cancelled. Lee kept me fully informed of pick up and timings, he arrived promptly with a lovely minibus that was very clean and very comfortable. He had never taken anyone to Abba Voyage before so it was a new journey for him too. We literally got dropped off outside the venue and picked up outside the venue. It could not have been any easier. Lee was a great driver and talked to us all the way down. Seeing the city in front of you is not something you get on the train it was brilliant. Couldn't recommend this company enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank You 😊

they were punctual polite and a very clean bus the driver was chatty the price was fair i’ve even rebooked them for a airport run in january and the best bit all the communication before hand was spot on no need to be chasing them up

We have used Lee many times now for our airport transfer for our annual golf trip. Always excellent service, always on time and great info on arrival times etc…….we will be using again for the trip next year!!!
