Absolutely love the Riri hair extensions. Make sure when washing the hair extensions condition thoroughly as the hair can become dry and tangle. Otherwise it's good. My hair extension only lasted me 3... Voir plus

Contacted them and they’ve basically told me tough and accused me of lying about it 🤣 I don’t know what’s funnier at this point. Great hair peices it’s a shame they are nasty pieces of work

Ignoring my messages after issuing an incorrect refund
Initially my messages on Instagram were quickly responded to get a colour match. I placed an order and the colour suggested didn’t match at all so I returned 3 items. The refund was processed but was £3.75 short. Since 20th March I have emailed twice, filled in the online contact form, telephoned the shop (who said they couldn’t help with online orders) and messaged on instagram (which shows the message was seen last Wednesday) but I am yet to receive any response. Really poor customer service.

The hair is really thick, soft and feels great quality. They’re also super quick and easy to fit into my own hair, which makes getting ready so much easier. Really happy with my orders and I’ll definitely be buying again 🤍

I cant thank Riri,s enough for the confidence their hair gives me. Ive even shared my secret by buying for my besties Christmas presents and theyre so happy. I do always purchase a hanger and case with each hair so i can take it on my travels and i only ever use the Riri brushes on my hair and the extensions. Think i have every style now so look forward to new styles soon

worst experience ever!
genuinely horrible! ordered 2 pairs which both felt horrible after 2 weeks - i didn’t put heat on them and i brushed them with an extension brush frequently. the clips have ripped my hair out leading me to have bald spots on the side of my head behind my ears. i’ve tried contacting them but they genuinely won’t reply. tried saying it when they was on live and they would completely ignore it. ruined my life - the thinness of my hair and bald spots are disgusting. wouldn’t expect good hair for the price but i definitely didn’t expect my hair to have huge bald spots in now . would never ever buy again and definitely will not be recommending or encouraging anyone to buy hair extensions from here!

Company is an absolute shambles if your…
Company is an absolute shambles if your looking too try and speak too somone regarding an issue , over three weeks it’s been and still no communication after emails have been sent there (online forum on the website ) that they advise you fill in it’s a waste of time because they don’t even look at them , you pay all this money for delivery and the item ect and it comes weeks later when you don’t even need this anymore it’s a joke .
I wouldn’t recommend this you can get much better for the money you will pay

My partner visited the lakeside store earlier in the week for some hair extensions and was absolutely delighted! The staff in the shop “ ELLE” were extremely helpful & showed great customer service! Would definitely recommend this branch!!
