Perfect experience

Tiernan worked with me to talk through the role and make sure it was a good fit for both me and the company. He then provided guidance and support for interviews and general feedback. During this time he went on vacation but made sure I was passed to a colleague of his, Richard, so that the process would go smoothly. Both of them checked in regularly to make sure that I was still all in on the role.

Conor Harrison stopped all communications and advocating for me as soon as things went awry with my opportunity. Inconsistent communication and very unreliable. Had said he would help me negotiate a better exit with the company - and slipped on that too.
