im not sure how the hell im paying back almost 10k on a 1200$ loan ..I missed something i was under the impression it was 7.5% interest which would make sense however as the payment keeps coming out every 2 weeks i was checking to see how much I owed in this 1200$ loan .. they are worse than a tv loan shark charging not 7.5% but 752.25% interest so that a 1200$ loan costs you $6428.23 ive already paid 1928.16 but hey i can pay off the remaining loan for only $1188.77 .. apparently in my need at that time i should have paid more attention to the rate and also brought a jar of vaseline with me !

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with how Rise Up Lending treated both my aunt and me.
For several weeks, I was told by multiple representatives that my loan was paid in full. I relied on that information, only to later be told that I suddenly owed an additional $300 due to a “returned payment” that I was never made aware of. This was especially concerning because I had already called to pay off the balance using another card due to suspected fraud on my account. At no point was I properly informed of any issue or outstanding balance.
Throughout this process, I spoke with several representatives, including Maria, Connie, Juan, LaQuinta, Randy, and eventually a supervisor, Nathaniel—whom I only reached after repeatedly requesting escalation over the course of weeks.
My experience with LaQuinta was particularly unacceptable. She was extremely rude, constantly interrupted me, and ultimately hung up on me when I was simply asking for confirmation that no further payments would be due—something I had already been told multiple times by other representatives.
In addition, I was repeatedly promised callbacks that never happened, adding to the frustration and lack of trust in this company.
Being told multiple times that my loan was fully paid off, only to later be asked for more money, is completely unacceptable and misleading. This level of inconsistency, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior is deeply concerning.
I will not be recommending Rise Up Lending to anyone, and if I continue to be contacted regarding this matter, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Customer service is great! Everything went smoothly. I'm worried about the interest rate. I needed the money at that point and they came trough but if you can pay it back asap you can save.

At first I wasnt going to take the loan too high of an ibterest rate. But when i spoke with someone who could lower it i took the loan.
