I’ve been using this platform for the past few days and succesfully made smaller withdrawals ($200–$1,000) without any issues. These were typically processed within 30 minutes to an hour.

However, my most recent $2,000 withdrawal has been stuck for nearly 48 hours with no progress. When I contacted support, I was told:

“Yeah, seems weird that your withdrawal is yet to be processed nearing 24 hours now which is odd.
I have raised a ticket and will escalate this matter to our payments team so they can check the reason for the withdrawal being stuck and sort it out as soon as possible.
Really sorry for the inconvenience, we will reach out as soon as there are updates. Thanks for your patience.”

Since then, I’ve received no updates or resolution. This kind of delay—especially with larger amounts—and the lack of proactive communication is concerning. It does not inspire trust or confidence in the platform’s ability to handle customer funds responsibly.

*update: Still has not processed my withdrawal - it's been 3 days. Will be submitting a formal complaint to AGCO on Tuesday morning.

They have contact information and somehow the messages are full so that you can't actually get a hold of them on their phone number, feels like a scam! When I went on to the live chat that they advertise as being 24 hours, nobody even came, it was super easy to deposit my money, within seconds in fact, then that's when they decided that they needed to validate my account even more so I was locked out without any chance of getting a hold of anybody. Once I finally gave up after 20 minutes, I got an email that didn't even address what I was asking. Then when I tried to just withdraw the money I put in, since I didn't even get to spend any of it, it sent me four different links to put numbers in to validate my email, which I've done four times so far, haven't received my withdrawal, I left $5 in the account because it wouldn't let me withdraw what I deposited, this is all without getting any type of first time deposit bonus. Within an hour I would say this is the worst casino experience I've ever had. All I want to do is close my account and get my money back and it seems like I might even have to give up on that since nobody's even available! Scam at the highest degree!

got scammed 1.6k $. deposited few times before, lost balance, everything was normal. last depo i made about 1.2k profit and they limited me + closed my account because of 9. Collusion, Cheating, Fraud and Criminal Activity. no further explanation or anything, basic scam.

i used three betting sites, for me rivalry is the safest in holding my money, cash in/cash out—i don't have any problem with that. their customer service is good, no rude talking experience. plus that they have account promos, bonuses, vip perks, and more.

that only thing that i didn't like that i've recently encountered is cancelling my bets on a specific tournament saying that it is 'under reviewed'. when in fact, other betting sites that i know all have a market on it (whole tourna—except day 1 which they listed INCOMPLETE and day 2). also, removing the specific promo on that tournament making my previous bets + loss bets on it useless.

They're holding my money and it takes too long for them to give my money. I have problems with my withdrawal and it always fail and I contacted them but they're either rude, takes too long to respond, or not even helping at all.

Even the supervisor is rude haha. They already failed my withdrawal for the 7th time and I think it is going 8. Please do not bet on this site, I just bet here because of the influencer that advertised it and still.

They won't help you, it is my first time experience and I just used Rivalry and betting for the first time and this is the experience I had. Horrible

I won and why does it takes long to withdrawal? They said I have to wait 24 hours or 2 days. Is it fair? If I deposit, it happens fast and now I withdraw, it takes long time?

I love this site, the games are awesome and the customer service was very helpful(Victor and steven) when it came time to make a withdrawal...funds were in my account within 10 minutes after being verified...

This is ridiculous customer service. They take my Bitcoins and never deposit into my account. At first they tell me to contact their payment partner to void the transaction as the payment failed. Then after a few tickets back and forth the payment partner informs me that there is nothing they can do and that Rivalry never should have told me to contact them but Rivalry has to be the one to contact. Then when I contact Rivalry again they "find" my money and deposit it into my account (now 10 days after the LOL world finals that I wanted to bet on) and then at the value of bitcoins 10 days ago (has increased 50%) in the meantime. Now suddenly they cannot void the transfer... NEVER doing business with them again.

What a joke online casino. While playing wild bounty, I hit multiple scatter but when I hit my 3rd scatter I got nothing. Then I tried contacting support. They said it's not 100% even of you hit scatter.

The site has a misleading responsible gaming program. There is also a lack of ability to search for specific games and overall very long withdrawal timelines. I would not recommend this site to anybody, they are an absolute headache to deal with.

I am going to sue this company if they don't get my money back i clearly won this bet back in june 4, 2024 and now i see they have taken away my win says cancelled if you don't get that money this is gonna be a big problem for rivalry
