One of the good betting sites out there, the only bad thing that I can think of about them is their withdrawal process, which is very slow. they have a not-so-helpful or less detailed explanation about it. Maybe it's not entirely their fault, but they should have at least provided a more detailed explanation about it.

Well is have a review last time that makes me frustrating and I encountered customer service that makes me more frustrated. Then when I met this Customer service CJ and Moon knight, I was enlightened though it makes us frustrating that we can't withdraw our winnings fast. they have to follow the regulations on their company. Don't worry guys your money is safe, even though it's a bit longer but we should not blame the management thus we should be thankful that they should monitor our winnings and money. They will suspend your account when you Win
Rivalry will always find reasons to make withdrawal difficult for you. First, they will ask bank statement to proof that the account they are transferring is yours (fair enough, I have never had this kind of request previously with other sites). They took almost a week to verify that the account is yours, even though the bank statement clearly states my name is the same as the KYC they have done. Second, after they approve your bank account, if you ever have a bigger withdrawal request ($1000 or more) they will ask to verify again (this doesn't really make sense). After some time now, I think my account statement has a positive net profit (more profits than losses) and now they decided that they need to review the source of my money (how do I fund my gambling). Never in my entire life I have been asked this thing, but I complied with their request of ANOTHER bank statement. My bank statement comes every 6 months, and I told them I would need at leat 3-5 business days to request a new bank statement (because they rejected my bank statement from January 2023 and requested a bank statement within 3 months to date). They decided to suspend my account after 1 day of asking for a new bank statement.
I have provided a bank statement on May 24th 2023. They decide not to respond at all to any of my queries to date and it has been 2 weeks now. So, if you are considering Rivalry as your betting site, beware, as they might unreasonably suspend your account without proper notification. Luckily I have withdrawn all my funds prior to them suspending my account, I wonder what would happen if they would also suspend accounts with money in there.
UPDATE 14 of June:
They decided to ask for the same bank statement again after saying that the document has been forwarded to the relevant department. They seem to have no intention whatsoever to reopen the account, and they will mess around asking for the same thing over and over again. I have sent them my account detail and the reply below this review is dishonest that they say they couldn’t find my account.
