UPDATED 04.07 RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCT. NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY TO MY REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT. STOPPING PAYMENT DUE TO DAMAGE AND NO RESPONSE. UPDATED 03.31 Recd phone message 03.30, after leaving review, claiming they'll ship this Wed. I'll update again when merch is received. Placed order over 2 weeks ago 03.18, they took payment and haven't shipped the merch. They don't answer the phone, respond to vmail or email messages. Very sketchy. Would not recommend.

Note: You may want to refer to your bank statement since you were refunded due to us being out of stock. This was sent to you in an email and we have not received any response from you since we notified you of the refund. Your order was placed 8 business days ago - on March 18th (not over 2 weeks ago) , and our current shipping timeframe is 8–10 business days due to a high volume of orders. This timeframe is clearly posted on every product page, shown again at checkout, and included in the order confirmation email.
Your email was sent to us over the weekend when our office was closed. We returned your call on three separate occasions and replied to your email, but have not yet been able to reach you. We also left multiple voicemails at the number you provided requesting you to return our calls, since you will not answer the phone.
We are actively assisting customers throughout the day and respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible. We are happy to speak with you and assist further — please return one of our many calls or contact us during business hours so we can help.

Run Forrest Run!!!
If I could give them a negative 4 stars I would. They sent me the wrong item after I waited over 3 weeks to receive the wong order. I immediately returned their and they received it on 2/19 and still have NOT refunded my money. I've filed a complaint with BBB and Shop Pay who is investigating the matter but it can take several weeks.
Their response below stating they have refunded my money is a bold face lie. I've checked my bank account and there's only charges, no credits. I'm now making it my mission to warn people who are thinking of purchasing anything from the to rethink their decision.

We have already issued your refund, which has been processed on our end. Please refer to your bank for confirmation.
For transparency, this matter was also reviewed by the Better Business Bureau, and they sided with our business after reviewing the full communication history.
When you initially contacted us about receiving the incorrect lantern, we responded in less than one hour — after normal business hours — and immediately offered to send the correct item. Unfortunately, the conversation became hostile with you threatening , including inappropriate language directed toward our owner.
We are a family-owned business and are committed to treating customers respectfully. We also expect that same level of respect in return. Because of the nature of the communication from you, we chose not to continue doing business with you. Anyone that endured the type of language you screamed and the threats you made would state the same thing.
We wish you the best moving forward.

candelabra arms…
I bought candelabra two of the arms were very tightly formed together so once candles in place I had to turn it so it would not look unbalanced like candle colliding person receiving gift senior just smiled 🥺
