Having Ravi reach out to check in on the order to ensure it wasn't fraud was really excellent but the only reason RK didn't get 5-stars was the lack of communication around the shipment. I had to reach out first to get the tracking versus it being sent to me before the product arrived.

This is the first time I have ordered…
This is the first time I have ordered From this company. I loved they were in US and NYC. They were fast on response and shipping. I am in Ohio And I ordered my item like two days ago and it will be here on the 3rd day. Customer service is also top notch I spoke to an actual person. Highly recommend them.
