I received leaking products from Amazon and reached out to RMR personally
I got the product off Amazon and honestly I was excited to use a product after reading some of the reviews, upon delivery the Amazon delivery driver missused the package and one of the jugs actually somehow busted open and leaked everywhere. I ordered RMR 86 and RMR 141 each 1 gallon jugs. The package was delivered and two boxes one giant box and inside the giant box was another small box containing the products, upon opening the smaller box I noticed white residue on the outside once I opened the box the liquid actually ate through the box which was kind of terrifying. I reached out to Amazon and they actually deleted my account and my review. So then I reached out to RMR personally I spoke with a guy named David I explained my situation I even sent him pictures. He was very friendly very nice said he was going to give me a refund no problem. This was 8 days ago and I have still yet received a refund I have reached out twice regarding the refund asking what the time frame would be, and so far I haven't gotten any replies, not to mention the whole week and a half that I dealt with Amazon and them telling me I was going to receive a refund and then processing the refund and then taking away the refund.... I spent over $60 on these products just to receive one bottle that was half empty and leaking everywhere and literally eating through everything and the other bottle had no seal on it and was already open look like it has been tampered with. So yeah I'm a little upset. First off with Amazon and they're poor poor customer service and how they handle the situation after being a Amazon customer for 10 plus years, I'm a little upset with RMR and their communication but once I actually receive a refund I will update every place I have left a review so far. I haven't got a chance to actually use the solution. Because I'm literally waiting on my refund first, and honestly that's a long story to why I'm waiting. One Amazon customer service told me to dispose of it one told me to return it and I'm like I can't return something that is leaking. So I'm literally holding on to it until I can get a refund or figure out what's going on. I will be updating hopefully soon.
