The garlic chicken is my personal favourite. The meals are so convenient to have, it’s great to have both healthy and tasty meals all in one! Looking forward to having more meals, and seeing what RNS continue to do.

Absolutely fantastic homemade family-run company; the food was delicious and it was great that taste was not compromised when eating healthy food. Very glad to see extra touches like sustainable packaging, free delivery across the UK, new menus every week and vegan choices too.

I’ve used a number of meal prep companies over the years, some have been bad and some okay. RNS is by far the best quality I’ve experienced so far and I would even go as far to say some of their meals are restaurant quality! Give them a go you will not regret it!

Amazing quality food from a trustworthy, family run business. It's hard to say which is the tastiest meal because they're all so good... they offer so much variety too.

My dad is a really fussy eater and it's hard to get him to eat healthy meals, when he tried the rns peri peri chicken he couldn't believe how good it was, he now eats all the meals!

Great food made by reliable people. Couldn’t have asked for more!

So, I’ve newly subscribed to RnS meals this month, just before Christmas and I asked them a fair few questions before I selected meals and confirmed. Firstly, I want to say, the customer service is on point, I followed them on social media and I got a message from Jhai (co-founder) and that personal touch was what solidified my decision to try them out. Secondly, my meals not only arrived on the day scheduled but ahead of time!! Bonus! I tried my first meal which was absolutely yummy and I felt satisfied. Delicious and flavoursome and just that one meal alone made me select my second week’s worth of meals! Honestly, it’s made my day and the stress of being on my own for Christmas this year (tier 4) so much easier and I’m excited to eat! They are really good to keep you on track and by what I’ve seen so far, they change their dishes weekly so it’s catering for everyone and keeping it exciting. I look forward to staying consistent with my weight loss and seeing their inspiring dishes will hopefully motivate me to try and make them myself one day when I have a bit more time! Rice and spice absolutely bangs.
They are my go to in terms of meal prep, they’re healthy, packed full of flavour and have their macros printed on the front of the Tupperware so you know what you’re eating. They cater for your specific goal and also for vegans and veggies. Can’t recommend them enough!!

I used Rice n Spice for a number of months at the beginning of the year to hopefully shed a bit of weight and keep my calorie intake and portion sizes in check whilst leaving me without having to worry about doing any of the prep work.

Safe to say RNS did a fantastic job, menu is regularly updated and opened me up to trying dishes I would have never thought of and a wide range of meal plans can cater for everyone.

Family run business with service that was impeccable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for healthy meals delivered to your door, save the time and use Rice n Spice.

I’ve always been consistent with training but not my diet. Even when I thought I was eating well and reducing my calories, I never counted them properly but RNS meals make it easy and I’ve seen an instant change in my body after just one month!
My family have been so impressed with the change that now 3 of us in the household use RNS meals! Highly recommend (especially the jerk chicken & plantain)

Delicious, easy and healthy. What more can you want. RNS made my life a whole lot easier when I needed it most, would highly recommend!

I have been using RnS for about a year now.
I know I could buy and cook for myself cheaper than using these guys but I have stuck with them for so long for so many reasons.
- The first is for the time saving aspect. I don't mind cooking, in fact I really enjoy it, however, I now have more time to get in that extra session at the gym 🏋️‍♂️, or more than likely sit and play Warzone 🔫.
- The second is portion control & nutrition. I have a tendency to overeat or eat as I cook. This usually means I chow down 2 or 3 meal portions and then I get all fat and heavy. it's not a good look! With RnS everything is portion controlled 🍛, it's the perfect amount and doesn't leave me wanting more 😖. Well, thats not entirely true, I still want to gorge on chocolate 🍫 but that's not their fault, that's my inner fatty.
- Thirdly, their meals are tasty AF! Please excuse the language but it's really the only way to accurately describe that delicious tastiness 🤤.

If you are still unsure, just give them a go for a week. Honestly, I think you will be very happy......... I know I am.

Honestly the most convenient way to eat good, healthy, tasty food! Since they were selling single meals at lunch time (the iconic jerk chicken) to selling the bulk meal plans with a massive variety menu the quality has gotten better and better! Great to see a family run business doing so well and the growth is astronomical! The brothers who set this up also couldn’t be more helpful in getting you started and helped with macros/gym plan. Honestly give it a try, beats a crappy, greasy takeaway every single day.

Can't speak highly enough about RNS. Top notch customer service and great food.
