Rückmeldung Camper Road Bear für 9 Wochen miete
Positiv:
-Gute Vernetzung in den USA.
-Fahrzeug (Fahrzeugseitig) hatte keine Störungen
- Gute Fahrzeugabgabe in Las Vegas
Negativ:

Easy pick up and drop off process with helpful staff to advise on all the RV features. RV did not miss a beat on the road, I have heard of people with other companies suffering breakdowns and being left stranded so was a little apprehensive but RV was modern and reliable.

Good on the Road Service
Overall, we had a good experience with Road Bear. The pickup process was simple and went smoothly. The on-the-road service for the broken toilet was outstanding.
The only downside was the cleanliness of the RV at pickup. We had to clean it ourselves afterward; the floor, in particular, hadn’t seen water in a long time. Otherwise, everything worked well.

Good experience, friendly staff. Watch out for extra charges.
Check in and check out process was well managed by the staff. RV was functioning and inventory was complete. Pick-up time slot in the morning was only available with extra charge and surprisingly not included in the rental price.

every went very smoothly but it seemed there were so many extra fees associated with renting it made it feel that we will have to find another option next time that is more inclusive of amenities such as using the generator, and miles.
Thank you for a good trip.

Stay away from this RV rental company
Stay away from this RV rental company. It's literally the worst RV rental company we ever rented from. We've rented from another company 3 times before and never had issues like with Road Bear / El Monte.
We rented it from the Seattle location. We had a really worn out tire that got flat. Their roadside assistance took hours to even give us a an ETA for when it will arrive. Then the spare tire started leaking air.
When we rented it we saw another family that had experienced critical safety issues with the steering of their RV and it destroyed multiple days of their vacation.
For your safety and precious time of your vacation - stay away from this company - rent from any other - for the life of your love ones and yours.

We are truly sorry to hear about the extremely negative experience you had with your recent RV rental from our Seattle location. We understand your frustration and concern regarding the worn-out tire, the delay in roadside assistance, and the subsequent issue with the spare tire. We also acknowledge your observation about another family experiencing safety issues. We take all feedback seriously, especially concerning safety. We are actively reviewing your comments to identify areas for improvement in our vehicle maintenance and roadside support services to prevent similar occurrences for future renters. We appreciate you bringing these critical issues to our attention.
