Roam is a real food first nutrition brand that started because we were sick of all the fake "health foods" that were on offer when we needed a high protein snack on-the-go. We make high-protein, natural snacks with nothing artificial added to our bars & bites. We wanted high protein, and we wanted all natural, but we didn’t want the weird ingredients that sounded like they should be in a lab, hazardous artificial preservatives, and the inconvenience of refrigeration. Since launching in January 2022 we have been building a loyal community of functional health leaders, biohackers, athletes and adventurers. But in all seriousness, we do apologise again. Sometimes, there is nothing we can do when packages decide to just magically disappear on route to customers, but I am glad we sorted it for you quickly & you weren't left without your bars for long!

Quick delivery, tasty product!
Have ordered these twice and very fast delivery. They taste good, all the flavours taste nice. You can mix and match bar and bite packets and I like that ROAM are flexible in the period of re-order and content of order, tailoring to what you require!

Great flavour and customer service, Bars are just too dry to eat and chew
Flavour and customer service is great. I got a box of the chilli beef, and it is really tasty with a great chilli kick that is spicier than you think. The Bars themselves are just too dry for my liking. They are very hard to eat without any water, and really dry your mouth out. This is probably due to the added protein in them. If they could fix this to make the bars more succulent and juicy, this would easily be a 5 out of 5. They are still very much worth trying though, as the flavour and taste are amazing. The customer service team are great to deal with over email too. Very helpful

Products are only 70% meat in some cases
Products aren’t 100% meat, some are as low as 70%. Remainder of protein is made up by whey protein concentrate which leads to an extremely dry, powdery texture. Not even made with British meat. Overpriced, poor quality, would not recommend. Stick to protein bars or jerky for a fraction of the price.

Thank you for your recent order with us, and sorry that you feel the products were up to standard.
Just to reiterate, our products are made up of 5-6 natural ingredients, which then contribute to the bar %. The bars that are around the 75% beef mark contain hazelnuts (7.4%), apricots (7.2%), salt, whey & chicory root. So that is why the bar isn't 100% beef.
On the pricing issue, we cannot compete with synthetic lab-made bars & don't intend to; we use real ingredients with beef sourced from some fantastic EU farms, and these ultimately cost more. You'll also find we are cheaper or on par per 'g' than most jerky bags of 25g. Not to mention, we are usually higher in protein & lower in kcal.
We are & will continue to improve our recipe and products, & hope to see you back as a customer in the future.

Great customer support – they made it right
I’ve been a long-term ROAM customer and generally love the product. I recently discovered that a Black Friday order I placed had a much shorter best-before window than I expected (I only noticed because my wife happened to point it out).
I reached out to support and they handled it in a really fair, human way: quick replies, no defensiveness, and they immediately focused on a practical solution. They explained what happened, offered a replacement care package, and when I mentioned I don’t eat pork/turkey, they adjusted the solution by adding extra single beef bars so I’m not left at a loss and I can gift the rest.
Stuff like this is exactly why I keep coming back. Appreciate the way they treated a loyal customer and I’ll continue recommending ROAM.

Disappointed to say least!! Dry is an understatement!!! Paid £49 for a bundle! Will end up giving away! Pulled in by stupid advertisement! Mason meats levels above this!

Got it what's promised, dry healthier quick food with simple ingredients packed with protein without sweets. Good deal for me as I just can't drink protein drinks and don't want to eat a lot of sugar.
