Matthew came across the country to service, carry out a gas safety check and make a couple of repairs to our roaster. This was at short notice, due to a cancellation in his diary. He was clear and communicative and arrived on time, as agreed. He had a determination to get us up and running again and a detailed understanding of a wide range of roasters. I particularly appreciated his understanding of the commitments on us as a roaster with weekly orders. The service, repairs and safety checks were completed within the day.
