I see you sent us an email on Sunday afternoon to let us know of the issue and that Charlene in the Online team replied to you on Monday to sort this out - rest assured we are going to rectify this problem and get you the correct product.

Lawnmower arrived with a broken part
Lawnmower arrived with a broken part. When contacted we were assured that a replacement part would be sent out immediately. A month on and I still haven’t received the part. Personally I believe the whole mower should have been replaced and not the broken part

We're very disappointed that you thought we deserved this 1-star review - I understand you had your lawnmower damaged and went to our Letterkenny branch to see if you could get a resolution. We are very sorry your lawnmower was damaged - it shouldn't have happened but on a very rare occasion these things can happen unfortunately.
Dylan in Letterkenny tried to find the same product in stock to get you the parts off it immediately so that you would be sorted straight away - unfortunately we didn't have any more of these mowers in stock so we had to order the parts in. Dylan explained that it was out of stock with our supplier so it may take a number of weeks to come in and you had said that this would be okay.
We're sorry if this has caused you any frustration - I have asked Dylan to give you a call to give you an update on the shipment of parts
