Bought a Hendon garden ladder from Robert kee. Went to visit the shop in Donegal to find out more about the ladder prior to purchase. Instore customer care was second to none. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Time was given to answering questions and viewing the different range of ladders which really helped with making my decision to buy a ladder.
I ordered the ladder online and it was delivered very quickly.
I had reason to deal with the online customer care office after purchase and was more than happy with how my questions were dealt with by email and phone, especially as I was the person who hadn't ensured that I had checked all items delivered were checked.

If you are looking to trade in any of your items go to their competitors as the letterkenny store just take advantage of their customers. Last time I will ever cross the door of that place. There is plenty of other machinery and quad sellers in letterkenny, give your hard earned cash to them rather than this joke of a place.
