Robinhood UK Avis 

I love the service - I would very much like to have access however also to OTC and other European listings. In addition to be able to trade options on indexes. Hope these are rolled out soon.

Shame we can trade certain tickers in the UK, apart from that, very good

Robinhood offers ISA to UK folks which is excellent with low cost option tradings with risk of loss clearly defined at beginner levels. Easy to use. Easy to learn and most important the changes and swap button between trading and isa account is seamless. With the large cash holdings and AUM internationally monies are safe and they play by uk rules too. Honestly I rather be here than T212

The user interface is simple and easy to understand.
Available stocks are good but there are limitations ETS's for UK customers.
Options trading is excellent and the fees are very low in comparison to the last broker I used.
Rewards and incentives are frequent and good quality.
Overall Robinhood is a great tool that can be used to make life changing trades. I would highly recommend to any potential users.

Decent app with lots of interesting new features but very poor customer support. I have contacted them numerous times but still my issue is unresolved. The interface is also confusing.

Easy account set-up.

It would be useful to see one's current holdings on the main log-in page, rather than go to another link where the details are shown.

They incorrectly set up an account for another customer using my email address (which is the user id for the account) - presumably because the customer provided the wrong email address.

I started getting the emails stating the account was open etc. so I contacted them immediately to warn them of the issue, and that a potential fraud issue may be happening.

Their responses were really poor saying they couldn't help unless I logged in. They then said they needed to investigate but couldn't do anything without the customer's permission, and now they don't respond to any email when I ask for an update.

As the account user id is my email address, I can request a password reset, and therefore I could access that customer's account if I wanted - Robinhood are aware of this but still leave the account accessible to me.

This issue has now been going on for 11 days.

Clearly they don't verify key information about new customers (i.e. confirm they own the email address), nor do they take prompt (or any action) once a serious data issue is notified to them.

I have no intention of becoming a customer, but I'd be very wary of investing your money with a company whose customer service is so unresponsive, and they don't seem to worry too much about potential fraud issues.

Really enjoying the Robinhood app as it develops, easy to use and great to have access to all stocks without having to pay monthly fees. A*, keep up the good work

It's the only UK broker that applies pattern day trading rules to UK customers, none of the other UK brokers I have used apply this, even ones also based in the US like Webull, the only good thing about it is the low fx conversion rates on their ISA but they don't offer as many stocks as their competitors.

I had a very bad experience with Robinhood. There are many better alternative apps as Bitvavo.

I referred someone using my referral link and was personally present when they signed up and completed the required steps. Despite this, Robinhood is refusing to honor the referral reward and claims there is no evidence that the referral link was used.

This situation has left me with a very poor impression of how Robinhood handles customer issues and referral promotions. If the company advertises referral rewards, they should stand behind them and provide transparent explanations when disputes arise.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience with their support team.

On top of that, the app itself is very confusing and poorly designed from a usability perspective. Important information is difficult to find and the interface feels cluttered and unintuitive, which only adds to the frustration when trying to resolve issues like this.

It's a very easy to use app, and the fees are the best around. I would recommend using Robinhood for the convenience and pricing.

Great and intuitive app, easy to use with very competitive rates.

However a great improvement would be if we were able to set a automated take profit and stop loss, which you can’t do currently on a standard account

Robinhood has commision free trades and low forex fee which is great
They have made available stocks and shares isa recently which is great news but a huge disappointment is that they pay no interest on uninvested cash in the ISA account
This is a big issue that Robinhood need to address urgently if it wants people to invest in their ISAs or transfer from other platforms to them
