The product was lovely just as it said on the webpage my husband is in a nursing home it was easy marking it on the tag near the batteries and I brought a cat collar with his name and room no on a great product

Originally out of stock so spoke to the lady. Patches was delivered as soon as it came into stock. She has fooled several people thinking she is real and people are facinated with her. She is a lovely companion and so soft to stroke.

My Parents have been cat lovers all their lives until old age & Dementia placed them in a care home. I hoped a robot pet could entertain them.
I found the website easy to navigate & compared the different models before deciding the moving, purring cat would be best.
The fur is extremely tactile & irresistibly soft! My father unfortunately has diminished too fast to interact but my mother is delighted with her ‘Sandy’ cat, stroking & talking to it. It provides her with pleasure, in a world now very limited

I placed the order on their site, not only did they have easy to follow instructions for vat free shopping for disabled people, they also highlighted the pay in three with paypal subject to financial status, which was great. also, when I had to rush ship a package so I could be there to receive it that was great too. would buy from this company again. oh, and the joy for all white cat is lovely too. a miaowssive five stars from me *smile*

I bought a beautiful robocat for my mum who has dementia.
She was enchanted at first sight and “Billy”is now very much a favourite with her. She constantly grooms and sings to him.
She found the meowing a little scary but the clever designers enable him to be silenced whilst still interactive. Interestingly, he also still purrs in this mode, much to my mum’s delight.
She’d always had cats and I think she believes he is real and continues her love affair with him. He is seldom away from her side.
I can honestly say that he has enriched her life and brought much needed distraction from this cruel disease.
Thank you so much for creating these beautiful creatures.

Bought Percy the cat for my mum who has Alzheimer’s disease. She adores cats and her wee face was a picture when she seen the cat. She lit up and spoke more than she has in a long time. She is so happy and loves him to bits

We bought the black and white cat for my Mum for her Birthday - she has Moderate Alzheimer's. Mum is delighted with him as is the family. It's an absolute delight to watch her interacting with 'Norton' - so called because he purrs like a motorbike 😄.

When I first got him I wasn't sure because of the mechanical whirring and clicks. I contacted customer services and Deborah replied straight away asking me to send a video. She said that was normal but if Mum was bothered by it I could send it back. Because the cat is so lovely and such a joy you end up not hearing the sounds so we're definitely keeping him.

I would highly recommend a Robopet for company and comfort for your loved one, a great quality product and excellent customer service.

Easy to order website. I gave this to my Dad as he was moving into a care home and it gave him comfort and reassurance. He loves our pets and I knew he would miss them.

I purchased a weighted Ragdoll 'pet' named Cuddles. The beautiful plush cat arrived very quickly and extremely well packed. I chose the Ragdoll as I have two real Ragdoll cats that I am a slave to! I am beyond pleased with my purchase and highly recommend Robopets for their quality products and excellent customer service.

I ordered Percy Kitten on Friday 13 February 2026 and received the parcel, beautifully wrapped inside a cardboard box the next day, Saturday 14 February 2026. Service first class, Percy is adorable and just as described. I am truly delighted with my purchase.

I received the order within 2 days, it was beautifully wrapped. It hasn't been opened yet as its for mum's birthday in a couple of weeks.

I had done web searches and was careful to make a wise decision when choosing my cat. I watched the video and read reports and that gave me the confidence to buy. I had occasion to telephone as there was a delay in delivery and spoke to a nice, helpful lady. She dealt with it Immediately (shipment just come in) and received it next day. I am pleased with my purchase and we are getting to know each other. Seemingly rather random responses are cute as it gives authenticity to an already impressively made "pet".

Freckles the dog is incredible, Mom has dementia & very much misses her own dog but she's definitely in love ! Everyone who's met Freckles is amazed & in no time are chatting to him as if he's real . I may never have a real dog again !!

Great company, priduct sent really quickly. My mum who has dementia abd alzheimers absolutely lives her cat and it jas brought her so much comfirtvand joy. 2 other ladies in the care home now have their own cats after theor relatives saw my mum with hers and its so heartwarming to see them all with them. They are so realistic and respond to their voices and touch ❤️
