When the going gets tough , Tom will quit and not print in perfect quality
I previously left the best feedback , he did well before but when the going gets tough and majority of my prints came out blurry or just terrible , he gave up after I stated the clear issues. Only ever been happy with one order with roboprints and after that all were clearly blurry including text which is so simple to just print and apparently it’s my files that had issues which don’t . He flattened and edited through photoshop before and clearly didn’t so the same . When the going gets tough Tom will quit. Sad but 100% honest

As with every experience. I am always striving to deliver a better experience than the one previously. Always learn lessons from every interaction.
I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way, unfortunately as I described to you via messages there have been several issues with your files, all needing some editing work to some extent to get them either print ready or edited to your requirements.
I have edited these as best as I can, flattening them in the same way we did previously. As noted there are several issues with the actual artworks, as such they will need further editing to clean up on a close up level. - This can be quite time consuming and with a job of this nature which is requires a lot of editing for each print copy, It would be more beneficial for all parties involved if you could hire a graphic designer or someone off fiverr.com to edit these to your requirements then prepare these as print ready files before printing again. As such I would not recommend you print from these files as they are, as you will face the same issues that we have.
Unfortunately the above together with not being paid for both the last 2 postages fees and whole of the last order in I can't continue to print for free or test print on all the various types of paper, or spend more time on this job.
When I have the time and am able to go above and beyond what is asked of me I do, I do this because I care about all my customers and treat them in the way I would want to be treated by someone else providing me with a service.
This recent period has been extremely busy and as such I've had to re-priorities jobs accordingly. Where previously I could make the extensive edits, as a gesture of good will I did so. Unfortunately this has lead to certain unsustainable expecting that for all jobs. Perhaps this was a mistake on my part over-helping, and as such I apologies. But with this last few jobs it has felt that you have taken advantage and from a business perspective I can't afford to continue in the same way.
I appreciate you want your prints to be perfect. I equally share that view. Start by fixing the files, then print. There is a subtle difference in knowing when to take a pause or to stop and quitting.
In any case. Moving forward as recommended in my message I would suggest hiring a graphic designer to edit the files to meet the design changes you require. Then export these as flattened, print ready files in a CYMK colors before printing with any other printer.

Excellent Service from Robo Prints!
I can't believe how much time Tom spent with me - all via WhatsApp. He included videos of the result so I could see without having to go to the place - very convenient upload of my file to print. The booklets came out beautifully. Loved the locker pick up as well. I was really pressed for time, and having this flexibility to pick up any time of day or night was wonderful. Thank you Tom! I HIGHLY recommend Robo Prints!

Open in Late evenings
I was able to get print in the very late evening, when every place was closed. The quality was good, and it was professionally printed and cut.
