Got a mystery box on the back of a Sky…
Got a mystery box on the back of a Sky reward. £20 for a mystery box of £200 in value. Googled all 6 items and RRP of the total was barely touching £140.
The rest was all good so didn't want to go 3-stars but be mindful.

Extremely poor service
I have only given one star because it isn't possible to give no stars in this review. I ordered the products on 28th May and have not yet received any goods on 13 June. When I contacted Roccabox they informed me that I had to wait 10 days before they could investigate my complaint. Extremely disappointing to say the least. I would not recommend them to anyone else except my worst enemy.

While your order was dispatched promptly from our warehouse, Royal Mail tracking unfortunately shows that the parcel has not been scanned into their network beyond the initial despatch notification, despite the order being sent some time ago.
As the parcel has exceeded the expected delivery timeframe and has not reached you, we have now processed a full refund for your order. Please allow a few working days for the funds to appear back in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Dreadful pitiful box of 5 small cosmetics
Dreadful, the box is quoted as £200 worth of cosmetics. I looked each of the 5 tiny items and found they don’t even add up to £50. I feel scammed. I will never buy from them again

A bit disappointed in the contents
A bit disappointed in the contents, I bought 2 boxes to keep as Xmas gifts for my daughters and I felt there was a distinct difference between both. Yes the items would probably cost more than £20 but definitely nowhere near £200. Nicely packaged.

Hard to justify the £200 worth of stuff for £20. Realistically £10 worth of stuff for £20! Not worth the punt you are not getting any value for money.

Waste of money
I bought a box that was said to have over £200 of goods inside. When the box arrived it had 3 items in it, a hair mask, styling spray a lip balm and a trial size of moisturiser and serum. They were not worth the stated value, nor were they any good. The hair products would not wash out, and the skin products made my skin feel dry and tight! I will never buy another box nor will I recommend anyone else to. I threw all the products away as I couldn't even give them away! What a waste of money.

I still havent received my order
I still havent received my order. Despite waiting 2 weeks and receiving reassurance from you that it would be delivered this week it still hasnt budged from.yhe first stage of the labeling process.
It was a birthday gift that birthday has been and gone. So no, not a great experience and poor service in general.

As per our previous correspondence on 09/06/2026, we advised that if the parcel had not been delivered by the agreed date to contact us again so that we could investigate further. Having reviewed the Royal Mail tracking, we can confirm that there has unfortunately been no further movement within the Royal Mail network since the label was created.
As a result, we have now processed a full refund for your order. While delays within the courier network are outside of our control, we appreciate the frustration and inconvenience this has caused, particularly given the occasion for which the gift was purchased.
