It was ok. But definitely not a value of £200 as advertised. It was worth the £20 I paid for it but disappointed overall.

The contents of the boxes were not of the value advertised
The contents of the boxes were advertised as containing items worth £200+, no way are the ones I received any where near that value. Delivery was slow, took 10 days to arrive, not impressed!

Middle of the road
I'm sorry but for me the boxes aren't cutting it. Your high value item isn't worth it for me seeing the big cleanser I've seen so many times. We get a conditioner in a box rarely a shampoo so we should go out really and buy the full priced shampoo ? Well really no I would rather have an ample sized travel set than this. Seasonally wrong it's off season . I have impulse buying disorder I buy all the boxes and your subscription box to me is nothing like the box I bought without a subscription you know the lure me in product . To me your box falls way short and I will be cancelling when I remember how to thanks to the stroke I had after COVID my knowledge isn't affected and 40 years of retail experience just short term memory and impulse control I could go on for hours discontinued lines are a big one Avant products are amazing and their rrps are real I buy from them they give me £25 off my nest order , same stuff as in the boxes but some 8nngkass jars but Avant is a company most haven't heard of so women out there 40 plus try Avant it's worth it even and most definately in these subscription boxes but always remember you can cancel I will be as soon as I remember lol

Lack of variation
I ordered two boxes and found a couple of the same products in both boxes. Also, didn't find it was varied enough as got 3 different types of lip glosses.

The products and quality are absolutely amazing and for the price that it came in the Roccobox absolutely surprised me. I’m usually very sceptical so I do not order a product unless I have tried and tested them. However, when I saw the offer for £20, I thought let’s give it a try and I was not disappointed.

Utter shambles of a misleading offer
Very disappointed with their so called ‘SKY VIP SURPRISE BOX WORTH OVER £200, what a misleading offer and a great let down.
After researching the RRP of each the 5 small random products I was sent they turned out to be not only well under £200+ but barely £100 worth.
I actually highly doubt that anyone would pay for these the actual overpriced RRP that you claim they’re worth, probably that’s how they ended up where they are, to be bought ‘blindfolded’ by the unsuspecting public after being lured into an ‘unmissable deal’ under false pretences.
Amongst some odd blemish face oil and some random scalp oil there was an awful anemic looking light brown shade lipstick of some leftover stock that I believe no one in their right mind would actually purchase or use.
I understand that these are randomly picked lucky dip items but maybe at least you guys should try to make the effort of matching the items overall value to the price you claim they are worth on your website!?
I have received many beauty boxes from various companies in the past and the contents were always exciting and they made me very happy.
To say that this box was utter shambles would be an understatement, alongside their poor ‘copy and paste’ customer service support.

I really enjoy my subscription, the quality varies enormously. This month wasn't as good as other months but overall they usually have a good selection of usually full sized products.

Purchased via Sky VIP and very disappointed with the products delivered. Not one product I could see myself using and very strong and unpleasant perfume from the body cream & lip treatment. Products look cheap rather than luxury. It has been a waste of money.

Never again
Erm, No! Won't ever purchase again. The creams I received rrp £89.00, but, £9.99 each on Amazon. A face mask i received is in Superdrug for £2!! Normal price!
I priced it all up at £73 but they priced it up as £214. I know they will answer saying it is based on RRP, bla bla bla, and quite honestly, I took a chance, lesson learnt. But, I was actually quite excited about it and it was a let down.

It's not good value to me
Bought as a present for friend, I figured the £200 worth of cosmetics for £23.95 would be a decent buy. I was wrong, the 5 small items arrived and looking online, you'd be hard pressed to pay sub £50. I'm unhappy because the marketing pushes the value of this box stating you'll get a killer deal and save £££. You won't, the stuff you'll get is stuff you possibly wouldn't even buy. Feel cheated

Thought I’d try this for the wife, one Off mystery box contents were worth £200 (apparently) five items came in the box, when I priced them up individually the total was £47 better than the £24 I paid but not anywhere near the 200 also not items she would have purchased herself,

I wasn’t happy with the box I received, I think I had 5 products in it, this box stated products worth over £200+ but I’ve looked at the RRP for them and it all comes to under £170, i did email your company to complain which I received an apology because I wasn’t happy, I will NEVER order 1 of these boxes again, each one is different, I mean some people purchased the same offer I did and received a hell of a lot more, just a lucky dip really
