Account banned - extremely long pending time - bad customer support

It took weeks to receive an ad account and when I finally received one for FB, it got banned after a few days. Customer support is everything BUT helpful. I do NOT recommend this company at all.

don't believe them

I tried to connect them as our budget for advertising is a big number. I see they write 4 million annually on advertisement can get special offer, but when I touched them, they said it wasn't annually, it was monthly. alright, i know this company is a disgusting, do not believe this company, they can change roles as they want, the rule is just a joke.

Rockads: A Frustrating Experience

Edit: They have given the ad account after a few days. It is recommended for everyone, but if you need your account urgently, you might have to find some faster service than Rocksads.

I mean, if you do business, don't go there, because it's been 10 days since I didn't got the ad account for my business. I transferred to another provider, and they did provide me with an ad account within a day. Their response is so poor, always talking about updates, needing information, and other irrelevant topics. After 9 days, they sent me the same pre-written message. So if your business has so much time to waste, welcome to Rockads.

Very disappointed with this company

Very disappointed with this company. It was recommended to me by a very influential and popular ecom friend of mine. When I submitted my business for an ad account, it was rejected because they stated that I need a license to advertise. I run an educational trading website. As per Facebook's own rules, a license is not needed if you weren't providing financial advice. I messaged them twice after the ad was rejected, hoping someone would assist me but didn't get any response. In addition, I was the one who had to reach out to them to find out why the ad account was rejected. As a company, you don't follow up, you don't ask questions and you don't provide help. Very disappointed. I found several other companies that provide agency accounts that reviewed my website and stated that they fall within Facebook's policy (which I already knew). DO BETTER!!!
