Excellently packed quality items
The items I bought we of the utmost quality and they had been individually packed with love inside paper wrappers. The experience of “unboxing” felt like Christmas! Obvious care and attention are provided, would highly recommend this company.

Not happy at delivery times or lack of information and customer service. Placed an order a week ago and heard nothing at all. Tried to call them. No answer. Have emailed asking for any sort of timescale. Wont be using again

As explained in my email there was a mix up in the warehouse which resulted in your order not being dispatched, instead of a similar order which I had told the warehouse didn’t need to be sent. Your order was sent as soon as I received your email and I also issued you with a refund as a good will gesture.
Crocodile 1-25 Wooden Puzzle
I ordered the wooden crocodile number puzzle - Item was suitably priced and arrived quickly. My 3 year old nephew absolutely loved it and has not stopped playing with it since he got it. Would definitely buy from this company again.
