Rockaway Toys has some really great & unusual toys. I bought a ‘Best Years’ orange knitted diplodocus which arrived promptly and was nicely packed.it’s delightful. A good price too even with postage.... Voir plus

Brilliant customer service
Really pleased with the customer service and quick delivery. There was a slight issue (not Rockaways fault) and they sorted it straight away, no back and forth like some companies. Will definitely order with them again

Brilliant company, highly recommended
Last month was the first time I’ve used this company. They had brilliant communications right from ordering the item to checking everything was ok once delivered. Delivery was prompt and item arrived well packaged. The item was cheaper than anywhere else on the Internet too. Thank you for brilliant customer service! My first order was for a family members daughters birthday. I sent this directly to their house but when it was opened, one of the items received was incorrect. Initially I was annoyed as this was the first order with the company and only had 3 items on the order however I didn’t need to worry. I emailed the company and received a response within 30 mins with a resolution. The correct item was dispatched that day and received a few days later - can’t grumble at all!
I’ve since made an additional 2 orders and I’m sure there will be more in the future!
