Awful withdrawal times.
My account is fully verified and not new. I wagered normal non-bonus wager attached funds.
Upon attempting to withdraw my funds via one of there as advertised “instant processing”. I was notified that it was under review. This is a bad look and unfortunate when competitors offer instant delivery.
I’ve reached out to staff via support, and sent emails. I have not yet to receive a response or my funds.
I’m not saying rocketspin is a scam, but I’m not happy, and this is making me feel anxious especially when I see other 1 star reviews stating that they haven’t received there funds.

Shocking customer service have deposited lots with no issues then as soon as I make a withdrawal everything becomes complicated they say may take up to 72 hours but my with drawl is still pending and they refuse process it until they feel like it.

Update: nothing got solved. They are still holding money. Trash casino. In addition I didn’t get unbanned. I asked them why I got the ban at all and they told me they can’t tell me. Nice scam guys

First time playing i started with a bonus . Wagered what i needed to be able to cash out my winnings. Well i withdrew 2000$CA was pending for 3 days. It got rejected because “i broke the rules” during a bonus if there are bet restrictions it should be stated in each individual bonus so someone doesnt spend hours playing to cash out money to have it ripped out of their hands after winning it fair and square. That being said if that doesnt get resolved i will not be using that casino ever again.

This is a scam casino I gave it one star because there is no zeroI just went through it with cool cat and the same thing is happening that one of the guys on here said exactly. They want all your information even my bank short codes my date that I opened my account my social insurance number my passport it’s a fraud. It’s only a computer. There is no people I spent three months trying to get my money. I even opened up another bank account account because they didn’t do the one I had and then all of a sudden they blocked me and it cannot be changed apparently so I lost out my $1700. They’re all scams unless it is casino rewards in Canada and a few others that I’m not sure about I just know that they’re good. Anything that’s computer generated is a scam.
