Das Tracking hat nach dem Zoll in DE wohl nicht funktioniert.

Die Ware kam aus Belarus.

Dieser Händler ist leider nicht in der Lage in ein eu-land zu versenden..
Auch auf Nachfrage wird nicht reagiert..
Und das bei vorangegangener Bezahlung..

Es dürfte wohl ein Betrug sein..

Ob der Händler tatsächlich die Waren besitzt die er angibt zu verkaufen kann ich nicht bestätigen..
In Zeiten von künstlicher Intelligenz ist so ein FAKE-online Shop auch schnell eingerichtet

Geld weg -Ware gibts nicht!

I am a huge Fear Factory fan and I always buy merch when I can. From their official website, I have purchased four items to the total of €136.50 and here is how bad my experience has been so far.

I ordered these items on the 1st of January 2026 with some Christmas money. On the same day, I also order some Fear Factory merchandise from an American website called Rockabilia. I received the Rockabilia order within 2 weeks, which is unheard of considering I didn't choose a priority service and the parcel from RockMark is coming from Belarus which isn't far from the UK in comparison.

It's the 5th of February and I haven't got my parcel. The tracking information from UPU shows it left Belarus to come to the UK on the 20th of January. Now, I'm no sailor, but it does not take over two weeks for a parcel to arrive in the UK from Belarus.

I have used the contact form on the RockMark website on 3 different occasions - no response.

I have e-mailed them twice at info(at)rockmark(dot)eu - no response.

I have messaged them every single day on Facebook - no response.

I have researched this company and to my complete lack of surprise, I have found that many other people have made orders and never received their item and received 0 contact when asking for assistance.

I have gone from the UPU website to ParcelForce who, according to the UPU website, are my local company to contact and they have no information at all, after being on the phone for an hour. I am really angry about this, not a single response from any contact and it looks like they've been able to get away with this again and again. If there is no response in another few days, I will be contacting my bank to request a refund because the company have done NOTHING.

Beware. I ordered, paid, but never received anything apart from a confirmation. Inquiries through e-mail are ignored.

I'm taking legal action and will report fraud to the local authorities.

Order still not arrived after nearly 4 months

Only had one reply despite multiple emails sent inquiring over a large order.

Verkauft tolle Schallplatten, die man hier sonst nicht bekommt. Die Lieferung dauerte nach Deutschland ca. eine Woche, was ich normal finde. Da die Post Mist gemacht hatte und ich eine beschädigte Platte bekommen habe, habe ich Ersatz bekommen. Der Kontakt war sehr nett. Ich kann den Shop absolut empfehlen.

Good quality shirts, a bit long shipment, but if you have no problem with 2-3 weeks waiting it's fine

Det tog verkligen lång tid för dem att leverera min beställning, ungefär en månad. Dålig kommunikation, svarar inte på mejl.
