Pretty much scam artists.

Ordered a jumper that took nearly two weeks to arrive, i seem to be lucky that my order even showed up apparently, after which it did not fit, so I returned it 3 weeks ago. I have not received my refund and have emailed them constantly with no reply asking for a report on whether they have received it or not. So I am out of pocket and dont even have an item anymore. They seem to pick and choose what emails they reply to as they have had no issue replying to general questions. Don't use these guys, i have not received the refund I am entitled to, save it and spend it elsewhere, even if it is more expensive, these guys are really not worth it.

I recieved the my order, a t-shirt, the sizing was ridiculous, way to small. I returned it "track and sign" via royal mail.
Despite numerous emails requesting an update on my refund, I have heard nothing!!
As the first was too small, I re-ordered a larger size, this has not arrived. Again, emails go unanswered!!
Bad bad bad, don't waste your money!

Ordered a T-shirt, it didn't arrive and had to chase repeatedly. After eventually confirming "Item reported lost by royal mail order cancelled" managed to get a refund over a month after ordering. Lesson learned.

Ordered 3 T-shirt’s and never received them. Have emailed multiple times over 2 months and still nothing got a reply, yet they have the cheek to email discount codes! Now have to go through the lengthy process of claiming back through my bank! There’s a reason they don’t support PayPal on their site; AVOID AVOID AVOID

Arrived on time, as described. Felt a bit sorry for them with all the terrible reviews so I thought i would write a good one.

I place my order over 2 weeks ago and not only have I not received it, but I have had no response when asking about the status of the order. I appreciate their postal service can be slower at the moment, but I haven’t even had confirmation that the item has been dispatched from your end. There’s no phone number to call, so I’m left sending emails to no avail. Truly dreadful service.

Two weeks and still not arrived, no response to query. Missed birthday, very unhappy

Ordered an item, never had any correspondence until I chased and to be told it was lost by Royal Mail. Didn't hear anything further and eventually after over a month I received a refund. Don't bother wasting your time with them

I ordered and paid in February. Received a message saying items had been lost by Royal Mail. Eventually one item arrived, but not the rest of my order which is apparently "out of stock". I have not received a refund for the missing goods, nor (like others) a reply to my emails. I intend to take this further as they shouldn't be trading if this is repeatedly happening to customers.

Having ordered a vinyl for my partners birthday, placed 26/02, I received an email advising order complete, nothing since, I have emailed them numerous times for an update as it advises on the website, but no response. I honestly wish I hadn’t bothered, big lesson learnt here! Don’t buy quick! Always check reviews!

I’m taking legal action

I ordered and paid 25th jan.. still nothing received at the beginning of March, company house showed they trade from 160 city road London- which is kemp house - actually part of Moorfields eye hospital !- nothing else. After many ignored requests for refund, I got it after posting pics of their company hse details & Moorfields eye hospital as their registered address.
-Carl Harrison - their only listed director.. avoid these frauds & spread the word.

Avoid this company at all costs.
I wish I had read reviews before ordering from Rockmerch. I ordered a tshirt and after it didn’t arrive after a few weeks I contacted them for information several times, but received no response. It was only when I emailed requesting a refund that I got a reply, stating that it had been dispatched the previous week with Royal Mail. I asked for the tracking information, but unsurprisingly didn’t hear anything from them again.
Thankfully my bank got me my money back, but save yourself a headache and stay away from this company.

Still waiting for the t-shirt. Slow slow slow, emphasised 3 times because it took them 7 days to even corfirm that my order was processed and now on day 12 absolutely no sign of product or even confirmation that it has been sent.

At least they emailed me to ask if I could rate them.

Very poor even to the point of 💩

I wanted to find out what my tracking number was and sent emails requesting it but never received replys.

I ordered a T-shirt on 22nd January and still haven’t received it. Like many others, I have emailed on numerous occasions and have not received a reply. I will be making a complaint to Trading Standards as this is not acceptable.

Not received my item paid for on 15th feb I keep emailing company and was told they would look into it within 48 hours still waiting no more contact from them since and ignoring my other emails . Beware bad company don’t buy from them they just take your money .

After I left a review last week here they responded to me finally claiming: "royal mail confirm item damaged in transit" and then "we have a huge delivery arriving today with thousands of vinyl being booked", looking at the other reviews, does this mean you are holding on 100 of thousands pounds from customer money...? Then asking for my tracking number (the order claims it is royal mail tracked). I got "As soon as i have the number you will have it", but then more than a week later still nothing. Asking for a refund but of course no response now. I gave them my money on Feb 18 but reading the other reviews here I dont have great hope to get anything or a refund soon. Maybe all the unhappy customers should sign a petition and report this to greater legal entities. I am tired of shady online businesses. Are you?

I have requested a refund for an item that didn't turn up. My emails were ignored. I will be contacting trading standards and I suggest that anyone else who has had a bad experience with this company does the same. The only response I had to an email was when I left my previous poor review on here, he asked me to take my review down as it was deformation! It isn't deformation when I'm speaking the truth!
