Pete and the school are really helpful, providing great customer service. In lessons, Pete is patient, kind, engaging and really encouraging, enabling my little boy to make great progress in just a short time. Would highly recommend!

My daughter (10) is a keen singer, but had lost interest in the standard ABRSM structure for piano... Practice was a chore. She's been going to Rockphonix since the end of the first lockdown, and is loving the less formal /structured approach given by Matt. Lessons have been split 50~50 between theory (chord based) and learning a song of her choice. Matt has done a great job of quickly arranging specific chord structures at an attainable level for her to play under her songs. I was worried she would give up the piano, and regret it in a few years time, but she is now inspired, and the only moaning we get is when the lessons are coming to an end. Very happy with Rockphonix!

Drum lessons with Ryan are highly recommended, he makes it easy to understand and has loads of patience for a beginner like me, always considers what i want to learn and is knowledgeable about all aspects of drumming

My drum instructor is excellent and he is fun. I have only had a few lessons so far but I think I have improved. The drum set I use at RockPhonix is perfect because it is comfortable to use and the drums are easy to get the right sound. The building we use is great and easy to get to. My instructor knows all the things I want to do and is very knowledgeable.

My son Charlie really enjoyed his lesson yesterday and learnt a lot too. He always comes away from Rockphonix lessons with a smile on his face and lots to talk about. He loves talking about his favourite music and learning new songs on ukulele and guitar.

Fantastic lesson, they are so good we are having drum, bass and ukulele lessons from these guys, all fantastic quality, my son can be difficult and they always find ways to get him more interested. they have been writing a song together. can’t recommend enough.

My son has been having bass lessons with Pete Mann for over a year now and has made fantastic progress. Pete has introduced him to many different styles of playing and I would recommend him as a bass teacher

Brought my son along (aged 12 ) for his first guitar lesson on Sunday and he absolutely loved it !
The tutor was very patient and knowledgable, giving advice on Guitar shapes / styles / music .
He Learnt His first cords /rifts / notes to practice at home .
Came out with a massive smile on his face all ready to listen to Jimi Hendrix As advised by his tutor !

Simple, Clear, easy to follow tuition. Exactly what I need as a complete novice Guitar player. Does exactly what it says on the website. Well worth the cost and I would recommend this service to anyone.

A very patient and encouraging teacher, Zack has a lovely manner that put meat ease instantly. I am a complete novice so was very unsure what to expect but with Zack's student-led approach, working at my pace, I ended the first lesson with confidence and eagerness for the next session. A highly enjoyable experience in a great atmosphere.
