They changed the website and kicked me out of my existing account and refuse to help me in anyway .Then tried to gaslight me into thinking it was my fault as though I forgot my login . The people responding have been nothing but unhelpful ,condescending, and unprofessional . They refuse to do anything. I know that they are lying and gaslighting people because I have other friends that utilize the website and they are going through the exact same thing I am they also don’t have anywhere for you to log into your account on the main website . The person treating me poorly a support agent, Lisa Pearson if that’s her real name. I am completely put off by her unprofessional handling of the situation and inability to take responsibility for their system being messed up and trying to gaslight a customer. This will most certainly cost them business for me as well as others.

Been ordering from roidschamp for a few years now and 99 percent of the time it is perfect and arrives within a month. There was only one time I did not get my order but IV placed 30 plus orders since then and no problems they will even resend your order if anything is missing forever a customer as long as they are still open

Roidschamp by far is the best site to order from..these guys are just simply on point..I ordered many times about 15 times or more and never have I had a problem with it arriving at my house...the last order took 9 days from order put in to my front door..all gear is good quality stuff...it's not their problem if your gear gets confiscated ..great packaging ..thes guys are just the best..thank you roidschamp!

I never received my order and the tracking number is not working. If not received response in 24h I will cancel the credit card transaction as scam and report the website as scam to the US and EU organizations

I ordered a couple times and the sell quality stuff, it's real and prices aren't bad but once my gear was confiscated by customs and they sent me a letter so beware whoever is sending it out is very sloppy.of course I forfeit what they seized and roid champ sent another order out no cost to me.

Ordered , paid, received a tracking number, site says label created not yet in system…..been the same results for two weeks now. Customer service does not respond.

Ive order alot from them but past three times have been horrible this time im waiting for a month an it still says label created butnot scaned an says they drop parcel off also they said they shipped parcel like 20 days ago this sux were is a better supplier for gear that ships to usa descretly

First order was very weak but I didn’t have a better source so I tried again Hoping for a better product. What I got was completely fake crap and I haven’t gotten a response back for a refund or real gear. Don’t buy from this bs company

My first order arrived after waiting over a month. When I got it, it had incorrect order. I reached out to them why I got wrong order. They told me they didn’t have what I ordered so they replaced it with what they claim to be better. On my second order, I had to nag them to provide shipping tracking number. After weeks they provided shipping tracking number. It’s been over three months and I still haven’t received my order. When I reached out to them, they said usps might have lost my order and that they will reship my order in about two weeks. It’s been four weeks and it hasn’t been shipped yet. When I reached back out to them they told me they are waiting on shipping department to provide information. I got tired of waiting so I asked for full refund. Then they told me they will provide more information after they hear back from billing. It because so exhausting so I opened dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. With two business days, they emailed me to cancel the my dispute and that they will reship my order. I said no thank you. I need my money back. Overall my experience is not great with them and I don’t recommend you to do business with them.

This company is some crooks,I made a order November of 2022 from them and they only sent half of the order. So I wrote them and told them what happened and they said they would resend it, well they claim they reshipped 4 different times and to this day April 28th 2023 still ain't received what I paid for. Just some straight up crooks!!!!

Never shipped. Then they sent another tracking number that did ship but didnt go very far. And now its just not their fault. Never got package. And its been 3 months. They suck and no help!!!!!

I ordered and haven't got a tracking number for two months. Finally got one and package hasn't moved. It's been 5 months and a week. This place is a scam guys!!!! Stay away!!!!

I made 2 orders about a week apart almost 2 months ago an received nothing. Finally after countless emails I received a tracking number for my first order that hasn't moved in a month.. my guess is it's not coming.. I wouldn't order from them . Seems like they pick an choose who they want to ship to. But I will never order here again

Placed order almost a month ago, has been saying label created, but not yet in system. I understand it may take time, but at 20 plus days and no update I’m having my doubts I won’t be receiving my order. Wont be ordering from here again

I have had success in the past with these guys. On time with exact order. My 2nd order being closer to the holidays is screwed up and none of the info provided by champs is working. I get quick feed back to provide me a reason for the issues but still waiting for the type of operation I originally expected after my first purchase. I don't think they are crooks or a bad company. But customers are definitely having issues and I wish Champs the best of luck to resolve everything for everyone. Since I first wrote this I've been in contact with the company they are changing up logistics to resolve some issues

If I could give a 0 Rate I would. Roidschamp.com is a scam. Don't buy from these people. I placed a order a month and a half ago and still nothing. Pieces of $h!t.

Responding to ROIDSCHAMP again!!! Well I contacted your customer support as u advised twice now & still haven't got a reply...My order number is #36228068...it has been over a month now since I placed the order...it has been over 3 weeks since I got a tracking # that simply says a label has been created...IS THERE A CUSTOMER SUPPORT #??? Because these emails are a joke...it is impossible to get in touch with any sort of support!! So frustrated!!! I WANT ANSWERS

This is going to be my 4th buy and I have never had any issues with this site the people know what they are doing and I have always gotten top of the line products.
