I ordered a dress and paid $65. It took a few weeks to arrive and I was totally disappointed. The quality was TERRIBLE - felt like paper. I contacted Rolenna immediately to return and they went back and forth several times making a 10% of value return or 30% store credit... They said there is a 30 day return policy and customs and international shipping delays could take longer than 30 days. So. I contacted my credit card company - Chase - and they gave me a full refund. I will NEVER shop from Rolenna again.

This website is a total scam
This website is a total scam. I paid $100 for a dress for a formal work event. When it arrived it was clearly a polyester TEMU quality dress. The color was not the same. The website said it is a wrap dress. It is not. It has a zipper up the back and no tags in it other than “made in china”. I tried to request a refund as their website boasts easy 30 day refunds at no extra cost but they will only offer me a 40% refund. Do not order from them. It is not even a real store.
