The material felt cheap
The material felt cheap, stitching was already coming loose, and it didn’t sit well after just one wear. It looked decent online, but in person it’s a completely different story. Definitely not worth the money.

I appreciate you taking your time to leave a review however I am not entirely convinced this is genuine.
As a small business, it is not hard to keep track of customers data, their names and what they have ordered. I perform the full operation from start to finish including the packaging and posting so quality control is a priority always.
These hoodies have been sold daily over the last 6 months and there has been nothing but glowing reviews on the quality of the materials. All products are made of 100% organic cotton from Portugal and pre-washed before printed on to ensure the customer always receives a high quality product and does not run into the problems you claim you have experienced.
Unfortunately for yourself, every person who has ordered a hoodie on the sale price of £57 since the discount last week has been personally contacted and they are extremely happy with the item they have received. Thus meaning your review isn't legitimate.
I hope you have the decency in your heart to either respond to Trustpilot's request for information or even better, remove your false review as this can be extremely damaging for an independent business trying to start something of his own.
