As a naturopathic doctor, I appreciate the use of hemp oil which is a great fat! I like to add to my coffee. I didn’t care for the taste directly under my tongue however I like that I notice the affects by how I feel it balances my bodies response to caffeine. That was a good test for me. I’ve also used it topically on my feet for a painful plantar fasciitis flare. Next time I’d purchase the 1,500mg to less oil for a higher dose.

I have tried several Roma Leaf products and have never been disappointed. As someone who works out often, I experience muscle fatigue frequently.
