If I could give them a zero I would. Buyer beware. I noticed after I ordered that they operate under different company names. Crap products.

Note on this phony website that it lists several Trust Pilot reviews all giving them 5 star reviews but on Trust Pilot website they are all 1 star reviews. Clearly a scam company. Company based in Amsterdam? I have seen several of these type websites on line. Buyer beware.

Terrible Company. China based and the website is completely misleading. I ordered a pair of sandals, a jacket and shirt. All were extremely poor quality. Ex: Leather sandals were actually lightweight plastic sole with what they claimed to be Vegan leather
(after inquiring), but is clearly not. The Alpine Jacket that was nearly $90 has plastic zipper that sticks, the inner lining is visible at the seams on the outside of the jacket and it is basically a glorified windbreaker. The outer material is extremely thin and the inside is essentially just fuzzy. The shirt was pretty much see through and cut awkwardly. I'm working on trying to return everything, but we'll see how far that goes. They have a 30 day return policy, but with how long it took to get my items, I am no longer in that window. Order placed, Oct 8th and didn't receive until Nov. 11th. Convenient timing??

This company is a sham. My fault for not seeing it based on the photos on their site, but the entire site overall. I purchased a pair of boots that cost me $90 and they were nothing like the pictures. No wonder they’re “going out of business”, if they actually are. Beware, horrible products that are nothing like the photos on their site. Sick how people get away with it 👎🏼

Total scam. Received half the order. Found it poor quality and not at all as pictured. Tried to cancel the rest. Found barriers to every step: "second half already sent" (track package said sent a week later); "send picture of product" (three separate times); "too late to return". I'm burning their products at the fire pit. Save yourself the frustration.

Worse ever!!!!!! The store/website is a SCAM!!! The products are NOT legitimate. Even after I sent them a picture/video of what I actually received from them vs. what they advertised. NOTHING LIKE IT. They are NOT based in the US. I am furious at the product I received with what I paid for!!! DO NOT BUT FROM THEM!!!

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER!!! Received awaited item and it was nothing what the description had said. Didn’t even fit but even worse the material used it was a gag. Emailed company they claimed I could return and said to take picture of item then claimed the photo was not attached to email. Sent it again and have not heard from them. Please close this awful company down for misleading information and poor customer service.

If I could give this company a negative score, I would. Please do not order from them. They are based in China, not the US, and if you need to return an item, it will cost you almost twice what you paid for the item. Also, the quality of the item you get is not what you see. I ordered shoes that appeared to be suede material, but when I received them, they were actually a cheap fabric, not even close to suede.

The worst. They represent being a US company but require you to return everything to China. Shipping for the return was $260 for $190 worth of JUNK merchandise. None of the seams are finished, the clothes smell terrible, quality is beyond cheap. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered 2 shirts.Supposed to be a name brand $150 each shirts on sale for $59 each.The shirts arrived and are cheap Chinese shirts,like crepe paper that can be bought from TEMU or WISH for $9.99...update- i now received my second shipment..supposed to be pictured in ad leather jackets normally $200 on sale for $58...they are absolute garbage..absolute..they are criminal geniuses at fraud.The photos they show are NOTHING like what they send you.Their ads are extremely well done mimicking large reputable retailers and they post UNITED STATES under their name..turns out shipments come from China and they have an office in the netherlands.My investigation shows they ALSO have their items "On Sale" the reason being on sale item are not entitled to return/refund...in decades of doing business on line this is the second most corrupt,fraudulent,scum of a seller I have EVER encountered..DO NOT do business with this outfit.They know exactly what they are doing,ripping people off..do not be fooled by the professional photos and graphics on their site.They spent a lot of money making their deceit look legit..they are SCUM..I will gladly join with others in a class action suit.I encourage you to do what I am doing if they don't respond within 72 hours.Contact the FTC as well as the Attorney General office,present my evidence and push to have them charged with fraud and hopefully forbidden to do business in the U.S...let them spend a small fortune changing their name,their ad logos,etc.cuz this slime will still need to ooze and they'll just reorginize..gotta fight these criminals or they will just continue..they continue now cuz we throw our hands up in disgust and give up after a few emails..these are the epitome of scum..I wish there was a way to upload photos of this crime

Do not buy from this company whatsoever. The description of quality blend knit sweater and linen blend dress were pure polyester...costing me 100$. no way to send it back bc it will cost $130 to send it back to China. They make no way for me to send to a US warehouse in NY, even though the website says United States under the logo. I blame this on FB which kept sending me ads on this stupid store.

This is my second review of this terrible, dishonest company. Again, 0 stars if there was a 0 on the review. Don't fall for there US looking webpage with US looking products. They are from CHINA and there products are CHEAP, they misrepresent what they advertise. In addition, if you want to return a product, you have to pay a DHL air freight charge to CHINA. I paid $69 for so called leather boots, that were "Vegan leather" as I was told after the fact, not leather. I should of known better and I was the fool. The air freight to send back my cheap boots is $32, so I will donate the boots to a local shelter. Don't fall for the experience you think you are getting from these cheats and pay a little more from a US company or from a reputable company like Amazon.

1. I received one of two orders promptly.
Then started an online conversation regarding the second item.
2. After a week or so, I realized I was talking to a bot. I was unable to find any info about my order online...both the order number and the tracking numbers did not work.
3. After I put the remaining item in dispute with my cc company, I soon (within a few days) received a message from R and R that my second item was on the way.
4. Within another day or two, I received a full refund of my entire order.
5. Within another few days, the second item arrived.
6. The items are of poor quality. There is no customer service. Avoid doing business with this company.

Agree with others. Do not order. Mules are not as advertised. The return shipping address does not work. You will pay more to return than you spent on your shoes. Ads lead you to believe they are located in the U.S and they are not. They are thieves!

Do NOT buy from this company!!! I bought a pair of shoes and they are nothing like advertised. The quality was so poor they literally looked like they were made of cardboard. When I tried to return them by reaching out via the email provided in the return process section I received no reply. Finally by the time I found the email on their main website and received a reply they wanted pictures. So I sent photos and by the time they replied I had surpassed my 30-days. And you are required to pay to process your return thru DHL. Long story short I had to eat the $49.00. Not that it matters because the return address given for a warehouse in china is incorrect!!!!!

I ordered the “orthopaedic mules” from Romy and Rose in May 2025, and they didn’t arrive until several months later, while I was gone on vacation. The shoes are nothing like advertised: flimsy paper-thin material (not suede-like), a fake “cork” edgign, and a sole made of hard plastic bottoms that are dangerously slippery. There is no "orthopaedic"support at all. When I tried to return them, the process was deliberately difficult — ridiculous requests for information, an unrealistic return deadline, and I was told I’d have to pay the return shipping myself. In short, the shoes are a scam and the return process is designed to make getting your money back nearly impossible. Avoid this company.

So far I have received one item out of 4 ordered, two weeks ago. The "linen" striped shirt dress received isn't linen, it's polyester and poorly made and not even striped. Horrible tracking app, horrible misrepresentation of products. Although I have already written my concerns and sent photographs, the mess they've sold is a horrible experience.

My first time ordering from this company. Two pair of - what looked like - very sturdy, walkable mules. When they finally arrived, from China, not from Amsterdam, they were not even worth trying on. The outer portion of the shoes looked like recycled paper fiber. The top portion of the shoes was a very light, papery canvas type of material.
Anyway, I contacted Romy and Rose immediately to request a refund. This is China, so back and forth, for several days.
First, they needed my order details.
Then they wanted me to do a simple exchange.
Finally they sent me the Return Form, which requires the customer to pay for the Return.

Ordered shoes 6 days ago. Tried to track through email, some emails said "could not find order", others were very vague and said "reached mainland". Coming from the Netherlands or London, supposedly. $55 ....If I don't receive in 2 more days, calling bank for fraudulent charge.
UPDATE: I finally received my shoes 4-5 days after this review...expecting the worse. To my surprise, the shoes were Very Cute, well made, comfortable (though I don't understand why they are "orthopedic"). The wait to receive them was ridiculous, but I am happy with the shoes and Will try another pair. Added 2 stars.
