I called for information and right away got what I needed to know from an experienced representative.
I ordered the vent on their website and received and paid the invoice quickly. a notice indicated that there could be week for production but they shipped the next day.

Good quality product! Need to negotiate a cheaper way to ship product. Price of shipping was outrageous. Although no damage was acured the boxes looked like the gorilla at the airport had handled them. But thats ups for you

High NFA roof vents that aren't widely available elsewhere
Quality, customizable roof vents that have a high NFA, wont rust, and also help prevent ember intrusion. Fabrication to shipping was quick.

I purchased 8”x18” aluminum soffit…
I purchased 8”x18” aluminum soffit vents and ordered them painted to somewhat match the house and so I wouldn’t have to paint them. I was excited to get them but was disappointed when I received them. The main issue is the material is very thin (.030), when the louvre gets stamped it distorts the material therefore they aren’t very flat and since they only have 6 mounting holes it will be hard to put them up so they look good without adding mounting holes. If I put them up the way they are they’ll look terrible. The second issue is the paint, I wouldn’t call them painted I’d call them dusted with paint, I’ll have to paint them again. So I’m disappointed! I won’t buy any more and I wouldn’t recommend. Maybe the smaller ones are flatter but the size I purchased are like a potato chip.
