We absolutely love our Roomix toddler floor bed. As a cosleeping mum, I was anxious to transfer my 18 month old into her own room - but she’s settled in perfectly and I can rest well knowing she won’t fall out. Plus, whenever she needs me, I can get in and comfort her easily. I wish I had discovered this with my first baby! It has been a blessing :)
Easy build & feels so safe 🤍
We made the switch to roomix house bed and honestly I had never built a bed before but this was soooo easy for me it all clicks In together and the quality is really good! I love that it has the side so I feel safe transitioning my little boy out of his cot into this new house bed would definitely recommend xx
Roomix transition toddler bed
We opted for the transition toddler bed as it was time to switch our son from his cot to a bed. I was nervous of how it'd go but it's honestly been really smooth, he loves his big boy bed and can't wait to get tucked in after his story at bedtime.
My husband is a joiner and was super impressed with the wooden drawers and said the bed is super sturdy!
Shocking delivery - never received!
I ordered a floor bed in the middle of February, at the time it had an estimated dispatch date of beginning of March. When this date passed, I asked for an update to be told it was not due for dispatch until the end of March - as there was no confirmation of a delivery date on my order confirmation date email I had no choice but to wait. I asked them to hold the order for me until 7th April as we were away. Matt confirmed they would do this. 7th April came, no dispatch, so I emailed again. I was told it would be sent on the 8th for delivery on the 9th. I received a dispatch email with tracking from FedEx. However on the 9th, the tracking showed the order had not been even passed to FedEx. I emailed again, it was still in their warehouse. By this point I had read other reviews of similar issues and had lost all trust. I asked for a refund which Matt said he would process, however it’s now a day later and I’ve still had no refund confirmation. I’m going to order from elsewhere!

We ordered a toddler bed more than two months ago and the waiting time on the website said 2-6 weeks. Still no sign of it. Replies to our emails take days at best, weeks at worst. No phone number or real UK address for transparency. The reasons for the delay are very unclear. We finally were told the bed would arrive this week. No reply of course.
And the worst thing is that now I read these reviews, people have been having the same problems for years and Roomix haven’t improved their service, despite their ingratiating responses.
Meanwhile we have a baby who is waiting for a bed. What a complete disappointment.

Absolutely awful delivery experience
Absolutely awful delivery experience.
I was desperate for a solution to our family's sleep situation and so excited by these beautiful looking beds. I was also pleasantly surprised that it offered delivery within 5 working days. I even ordered all of the accessories to go with the bed including mattress etc.
It has been over 11 weeks and I am still waiting for the bed delivery. I have been given multiple reasons for delay and several new delivery dates. Each date has come and gone with no delivery and I have had to chase via email every time, with each email response taking 2 days to arrive and no other way to contact them.
All of the extra items have been delivered, including legs for the bed, but not the bed itself due to a warehouse error, and these have been sitting taking up space for weeks, waiting for a bed which at this point doesn't seem like it's ever going to arrive.
They keep telling me to just wait for a shipping confirmation email, which essentially means that if it is ever delivered, I'll also only have 24 hours notice to make sure that someone is home for the delivery.
I really wish I had gone with a different company. I am usually pretty understanding about these things but I am extremely sleep deprived and am getting increasingly angry at generic emails thanking me for my patience.

A friend and I ordered our house beds at the same time. I ordered a single house bed and I received mine around a month ago and it’s been in storage whilst our renovations dragged on slightly longer than expected. I checked the label on the box and confirmed it was what I ordered, and saw that box 1 was 1 of 2, and 2 was 2 of 2.
We have both experienced issues with their warehouse organisation - for me it’s been that I have received two bed bases, and no roof (update 14/04: now three bed bases). For her she paid priority delivery and then warehouse apparently lost her order for a couple of weeks, then delivered to her back garden on a date she had warned she wasn’t available for.
Update 14/04: They then collected the incorrect bed base, and informed me they had sent a new canopy component (2 of 2) on priority delivery. Today we received another bed base. We cannot build the bed without the canopy component because the box contains the corner supports for the base.
I think I give up. Have reduced rating by another star because it’s becoming a full time job dealing with this. It’s just straightforward logistics incompetence. Contrary to their reply to this review that you can contact them in chat - you can’t, the chat function sends them an email which they pick up at the same pace as the info address (approx 2 days in my experience). There is no one there ‘live’. As for a phone number, I haven’t been able to find one on their website anywhere.
Such a shame as the bed - if we ever received the full assortment - promised to be a good quality bed, but I really think it’s a lottery with this company whether you’re going to have a nightmare with deliveries. If you can buy an alternative elsewhere, you might save yourself the headache.

Can’t comment on the product – Still waiting for delivery
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Roomix. I ordered the House Bed and a mattress, and unfortunately, I have still not received the bed.
The website originally stated a dispatch date of 13th March, but I was later informed by the team that the bed would instead be shipped on 31st March, with next-day delivery expected on the 1st or 2nd of April. Tracking information was added to my order, however, the parcel was unable to be tracked.
To make matters worse, the mattress was shipped separately weeks ago with no warning, leaving me stuck with a boxed double mattress and no bed to put it on.
As a result, I have now wasted two days of annual leave waiting at home for a delivery that doesn’t seem to be coming. This has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.
What has made the situation worse is the complete lack of information. I have tried contacting Roomix via WhatsApp, email, and phone, but have received no meaningful response—and there is no accessible contact number to speak to someone directly.
We were really excited to receive this bed and have everything ready, but the entire experience has turned into a stressful and disappointing situation. For a product at this price point, the level of service and communication is simply unacceptable.
Overall, this experience has completely tarnished my perception of Roomix.

Honestly the biggest waste of money…
Honestly the biggest waste of money I’ve ever thrown away. I thought based off past reviews that this product would be unreal. The assembly was all off. The holes all in the wrong place and the dimensions I needed to fix. When I contacted customer service they were hostile and plain ridiculous. If customer service were a movie, they’d be dumb and dumber. I really hope that you go to a different brand, perhaps go for a soft bed for a toddler or baby that you want to transition to a floor bed. There are other brands that are not only better quality and don’t fall apart after assembly, and with the right information to make it properly, but also more bang for your buck. I stress to moms particularly, this is so not worth the mental or emotional stress that will 100% come if you purchase from Roomix.

Beautiful craftsmanship for our floor…
Beautiful craftsmanship for our floor bed. I spent a good month researching floor beds for a baby. Our little one is 8 months but would not take to the cot at all. He loved co-sleeping in our king bed and napping in it in the day.
So we tried a mattress on the floor in the nursery before he was rolling. Turns out he just loves big beds! We then needed something more permanent and safe. This bed was perfect - customised height, size and corners. Quick delivery and excellent customer service. I had a few questions as I was nervous to spend more money on a bed that might not work, the communication was helpful, responsive and kept me up to date as the order progressed. If your cot isn’t working - this may well be the answer to better sleep for baby and for you!

Love the floor bed
We ordered the toddler floor bed for our daughter. It arrived well before the given date which was a pleasant surprise! Assembly was super easy although needed two people. The material is beautiful and the mattress is super comfortable. Our daughter is very happy with the bed both for lounging and for sleeping. We chose the small double so that it can last her many years and I feel the high standard of the material will last.

Transition house bed
Great customer service and quick replies to my questions, as delivery date was a bit vague and arrived slightly later than expected. Bed took a bit longer to put together as we got the house version but feels very sturdy now its up. Our daughter loves the bed and it also doubles up as a pirate ship in the daytime 😆

The service team were VERY helpful in expediting shipping even after I had placed the order.
Easy to assemble - instructions could be clearer but it’s not too hard to decipher.

We love our new floor bed!
We love our new floor bed! Building it took us a while but once you started it’s pretty simple. The bed is very sturdy and I’m sure it will last us a really long time. I just didn’t appreciate all the styrofoam, as it’s not very eco friendly.

Beautiful looking beds but poorly made…
Beautiful looking beds but poorly made and even though I hired qualified professionals to assemble it, ultimately the side rail was very insecure and kept significantly loosening due to strange design. The customer service was helpful but extremely slow - it took several days of only being able to exchange one message per day to get to the point where they arranged to send replacement parts - again these did not suitably fit and tighten so I am having to hire someone to retighten every couple of months. My son doesn’t rattle the side and isn’t aggravating the issue, it is poorly thought out design which does not allow for a proper tight fit of the base piece and the bed sides on the side of the access point. I was given £20 compensation which frankly I thought was a bit insulting given it’s £25 each time I get the faulty part tightened, but honestly I couldn’t face days of protracted messaging with their customer services again. I would recommend seriously reconsidering if you are thinking of buying.
