Just sold my flat through these guys and was really taken back. I’ve used so many different agents over my life and they always seem to be so reactive. Scott and Max were always there when I needed them and kept the sale moving right until completion. Can highly recommend Rooted for anyone looking to sell.

I had always been wary of estate agents because I have had bad experiences in the past. I was approached by Rooted when my place was on the market with another agent (struggling to sell). I could tell by their approach that they were different so I ended up going with them. I never leave reviews but the service I received was amazing and they were transparent and HONEST throughout the whole process. They found a great buyer and Scott and Max have been there every step of the way and nothing is too much trouble for them.
