Worst of the worst
Worst of the worst.
I never leave reviews but can’t see how this company is still in business. First order was incorrect and company blamed me for that instead of trying to make right. So tried to cancel a second order Id placed, but was told couldn’t cancel even though it wasn’t to be delivered for 7 days.

All of our roses are farm-fresh and processed on a timed schedule to support on-time delivery. Once an order enters the preparation queue, which can include administrative review, harvesting, packaging, and logistics coordination, it can no longer be canceled, even if the delivery date is several days out. This process is outlined in our terms and helps ensure quality and timely arrival for every order.
Regarding the first order, we always review each case carefully and base our findings on the order details selected during checkout. Our intention is never to place blame, but to explain what occurred and provide clarity based on the information provided at purchase.

Charged for special delivery that was late
I paid extra for flowers to be delivered on a specific date. Flowers were late due to transport issues - I asked for refund of delivery fee and that was denied. Instead I was offered a 10% discount which I will not be using since I won't be ordering from this company again. Delivery issues happen but the failure to address them fairly is not acceptable. Other flower companies will refund charge AT A MINIMUM.

I ordered 2 dozen roses to be delivered…
I ordered 2 dozen roses to be delivered 2/13. I don't know if it was a glitch in the system or what, but they shipped them 2 weeks early. Conveniently for them, there is a no-exceptions clause to not update delivery or provide refund. Then, the roses showed up and looked beat up. Rosaholics claims that as soon as you open the box... all i did was slit the tape to look inside... there are no returns and no exceptions. So, if you want to return the roses, you absolutely CANNOT open the box whatsoever. Trash company.

Our records show that no request was received to change the delivery date. The request submitted was related to a personal note update, which unfortunately could not be accommodated because the order had already shipped at the time of the request.

We still made an exception in this case in an effort to provide additional support beyond our standard policy.

My order came on time & they are beautiful. Flowers were not in season, but they still were able to deliver nonetheless. They are blooming nicely, & my friend loved her flowers for her birthday gift. She keeps updating me with pictures telling me how beautiful they are. 10/10 will recommend.

There were 2 issues with the roses i…
There were 2 issues with the roses i purchased. 1) I purchased 24 roses and received 21 roses. 2) some of the roses looked like they were burnt by the cold. There were 7 roses that had dark colored spots on some pedals. I know my shipment was delayed in customs an extra day or two - that may have contributed to the durn spots?
Overall, she was overjoyed with the beauty of your roses and they lasted about two weeks. I was not appreciative of being shorted 3 roses. But, it was a mistake that can happen to anyone.
