I ordered this dress for a garden wedding and it was a showstopper. The vintage floral print is gorgeous, and the quality of the fabric is excellent. The sweetheart neckline with the tie detail is so flattering, and the built-in cups mean you don’t have to worry about finding the right bra. The full midi skirt creates such a beautiful, twirly shape and the length was perfect. I’m 5'6" and wore it with low heels. It arrived within the estimated delivery time, and the hassle-free 30-day return policy gave me peace of mind ordering online. I felt romantic and effortlessly elegant all day.

Great customer support

There was a misunderstanding between the expected delivery date and the return policy. However their support team especially Olivia is very helpful and understanding. She issued to me an immediate refund even though they have not yet fully received the return. I am actually impressed by this and they have definitely regained my trust back.

I ordered a ‘luxury’ dress $139

I ordered a ‘luxury’ dress $139, item arrived from china and was cheap quality not like the picture, I paid $40 through Australia post to return item, then Rosa Mae claimed I had to pay a further $46 for china customs, hesitant I paid them directly still chasing refund 7 months later, when you email the AI writes back to you straight away saying my refund is with the processor, this has been going for 7 months no refund and generic emails. Do not recommend, the items are not what they picture and good luck getting a refund. And before you write back Rosa Mae and say can’t find order under this name, to discredit the review like you do with others. It was under my maiden name . Still me still terrible experience. Still outstanding refund.

This is a BAD company - STAY AWAY! Products are not as described; poor quality, sizing is small. Their return policy is misleading; will charge you shipping or store credit which is IMPOSSIBLE to access. I tried for 6 weeks to access store credit online and each time at checkout was told credit was not available. Their service response via email is automated and repetitive and after a while they stopped sending even those. I lost $100 as a result. AVOID THEM!!

BUYER BEWARE

Their clothing is pure junk and in order for you to return it you have to mail it to China for $30 or more. It took a month to arrive. I thought I was dealing with people in Tampa but that was not the case.

We placed an order a month ago. It has still not been received. We received a notice of shipment along with a tracking #. When we click the T# we get a "site not found" response so the alleged shipment can not be tracked. Just stay away......

Refund not received

Rosa have promised to fully refund my money since September but until I haven’t received it yet and keeps on making excuses that there’s an issue with their shoppify’s payment system. Do avoid this online shop at all costs!

Wish I could give less than one star

Bad quality, cheap fabric and "full refund" means you still get to cover the return cost to China. Avoid at all costs.

AWFUL quality- insanely expensive…

Awful quality- insanely expensive prices- incorrect sizing - 50% + return shipping costs, need I say more? AWFUL! It all came from China so the return wasn’t free and it was see through and looked like scrap material.

I ordered a dress and it looked very cheap and small. I returned it and realized that this is a company n China. Returning the item, I had to pay customs in China and the company made me pay 14£ to their own account to process the return. It has been almost a month and I still didn't get my refund. They keep saying theire is a delay in Shopify systems and they processed the return on their side. It is unaccaptable. They not only robbed me of the dress price but also I had to pay customs fee for nothing.

Received a completely different dress…

Received a completely different dress than what was in the online photos. So different, it was nearly comical. When I requested a refund with photographic proof they tried to offer me store credit, which is not mentioned in their refund policy. Eventually, after much persistence, a return was offered.

I’d assume with their expensive price tags this couldn’t possibly be a scam, I was wrong!

Absolutely disgraceful service

Absolutely disgraceful service, none of the dresses were the quality I’d hoped for, I arranged and paid over £20 for the return and have still never received a refund of over £100 worth of dresses. Dresses aren’t worth the price and it’s definitely not worth the hassle trying to get a refund as you’ll likely never get one, like I’m finding 6 months later
