I’ve raised a dispute through my bank to get my money back from these thieves. I’ve been waiting a long time for my purchase & keep getting fobbed off with lies.

If no stars were possible that would be…
If no stars were possible that would be my review .. ordered a dress and the quality was very poor so want to return and now after many emails they have offered a 50% refund and keep the dress .. I have accepted this as I can not keep emailing back and forth.

Avoid like the plague fake reviews
Avoid like the plague fake reviews. I ordered the Artisan garland paid £21.50 was sent a plastic garland which smelt heavily of chemicals. Refund policy is misleading will try to wear you down with discounts emails to avoid refunding your money. Trading Standards pls look into!!!!!!!! Checked reviews before ordering all fake….. DO NOT USE THEIR SITE……. rosemary.co.uk not legit!!!!

Misleading product advertising on sites such as Pinterest.
I bought a a pair of Solar Lights from this company. They had an advert on Pinterest with a visual/video of the product too. The lamps are nothing like those shown and are tiny, poorly made and aesthetically below par. Avoid this company exporting substandard products from China. They seem to have excellent on-line reviews but this is unacceptable and needs investigation by trading standard.

AVOID FAKE PRODUCTS ADVERTISED CHEAP CHINA
AVOID! This company has gone heavy on ads of luxury products. website looks very legitimate showing packaging from their uk London store in a nice box but it’s all fake: I ordered what was a thick bushy Christmas garland which looked about 5inches wide from the advert. What came was a tiny plastic garland that was 1cm wide that had been stuffed into a jiffy back about the size of my hand which stank of chemicals.
