I’m very disappointed you’d ruin our 5 star reviews when actually you did use our service through a third party for you Inventory at Flat 1, 58 W**********. I’m very upset, and ask you to somehow retract this 1 star. We work very hard to gain our reviews and you’ve come along and ruined it for no apparent reason. I will also email you privately regarding this.
Amazing cleaning service from Rosemond…
Amazing cleaning service from Rosemond services. They cleaned a horrible little 1 bed flat for us (some parts of it hadn’t been cleaned when we first moved in so there were areas which hadn’t been touched in years!) and they managed to make it pretty much sparkle! An almost impossible job. Everyone I spoke to was really friendly and professional too.

Excellent End of Tenancy Cleaning
My Property Manager referred us to Rosemond Services when we needed to complete an End of Tenancy cleaning, and I was blown away by the level of detail the cleaning the team delivered for us! Hannah and her team were so exact in how thoroughly they cleaned our flat - they scrubbed every inch of the house in order to get us back our full deposit. Hannah was a dream to work with too. I highly recommend them, and will use them again for any other cleanings we need to do in the future!

The inventory Clerk I used was Michelle. I was very pleased with the information documented and the speed and efficiency of the finished document.. As I don’t live near my property Michelle even made my flat look clean and tidy before she left.. that is excellent service !

I am recommending the services of Rosemond Inventory and Cleaning Services.
Rosemond Services have been working with my organisation for the past three months and their services are impeccable. I mainly use Rosemond Services for their inventory services, which are always of a high standard.
Above that, they are reasonable and easy to work with due to their transparency and interpersonal skills.

Fantastic customer service
Rosemond were great. They squeezed 2 properties in for EOT clean at fairly short notice. Brilliant communication from both Michelle and Stephanie. The job was great, absolutely no complaints at all. As someone else said, there probably are cheaper companies out there but I felt very satisfied with the job they did and the service was second to none! Would definitely recommend and use again.
