They wont return your deposit, even though the car was brought back in perfect condition. The staff is very very complicated to communicate with. Its pretty much a scam. Also the car i got was in a bad condition and had some problems

they coming late for 1 hour, then they say me they will give the car what i order in 3-4 hour, they do not anwer me... and 1.000 more things.
do not take car with that company if you wanna be happy and enjoy in life

These are the biggest scammers in Dubai. Every time I’ve rented a car from them, they’ve lied about something. They always deliver the wrong car, and there’s always some excuse. This was the last time—I won’t have any more patience for them.
Do not rent a car from them! They are complete frauds. Every time they show up, there’s a new issue—suddenly, the car has more mileage than agreed, or something “happened” to justify extra charges. Even when I had video proof, they still tried to scam me. They constantly attempt to blame customers for damages, like scratched rims, that were already there.
One of their biggest scams is the so-called “free deposit.” They promise no deposit is required, but then, at the last minute, they demand an extra 500 AED for some made-up reason just to make the deposit “free.”
Avoid them at all costs. Biggest scammers in Dubai!

I had a fantastic experience with cat rental from ROTANA STAR . The process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the right equipment for my project. The equipment itself was in excellent condition and performed flawlessly.
